This is not the first time, but the third time, Geetha has transformed a house to home for us where every corner radiates warmth and reflects your unparalleled sense of style . I can't express enough gratitude for the incredible work you have done. Over a long period we had collected a lot of artefacts and furniture. Geetha just stepped in and helped us to bring all these together in a way that, walking into home now feels like stepping into a dream. Thank you for not just designing a space that has not only transformed our living space but has also added immeasurable joy to our lives. I feel incredibly fortunate to have a friend with such a remarkable gift for design. I am profoundly grateful to you.

A decado ago, Ms.Geeta made a stand-alone cupboard with glass-panelled shutters for us which still stands tall and pretty and is definitely multi-functional. We looked no further for the interior work of our home. The wardrobes were finished in Teak with varied shutter designs across rooms to avoid monotony. The kitchen was done in Maple and I find it absolutely functional and neat. Keeping the interiors simple yet classy, and being able to re-use our existing furnitures were our prime concern. Her expertise combined with her interest to incorporate our needs was indeed unique. Also, prompt and available to address any requirement. Backed by a dedicated work-force (noteworthy mention to the carpentry team of Mukesh and efficient work by electrician Yellappa) ensured the outcome was better than we envisioned. Geeta is an very competent designer who gets the job done. She does her work along with a team that is professional and dedicated. We had a very positive experience with geeta starting from the beginning of the design process, modifications, timely installation at our apartment and project completion all on time and to the highest level of satisfaction. She responded to our questions and queries and worked with us to ensure we were satisfied with the design. Being remote from Bangalore it was essential to find someone we could trust. There was not a single complaint that I can think of. She is totally dedicated to her profession and always available for her clients satisfaction. We really like how the apartment turned out. It is a pleasure to work with Geeta! She comes across as a force to be reckoned with! - A petite, pretty woman bursting with creativity and the energy of a young 20 something person! I wanted to re-do my 3 bhk flat and I did not want the typical interiors that a regular design company would have regurgitated or cut, copy pasted. With her pleasant and subtle decor ideas that highlighted certain features, she truly understood my likes and converted my cluttered space into a very practical and spacious area. I absolutely loved the subtle splashes of colour she used in different areas that really pulled everything together! Her team of wood work specialists are a truly talented bunch! Especially when it came to the wardrobes, where a lot of small and intricate details needed to be taken into consideration, you can see the refined craftsmanship and quality work at its best. Working with Geeta and her team was so much fun. The most amazing thing about Geeta is that she tries to accommodate all her client requests and find real solutions to their problems / situations. Her team is so punctual and they completed the project within the scheduled delivery date. Even after completion of the project she was always available to help. Her team manufactures everything at site and the finish and quality is better than factory finish. We were very particular of not having a single sharp edge and oh boy what an amazing job her team has done. Sharing very few pics (on purpose so that the designs are not copied). Our family had envisioned a modern interior yet with a touch of Mediterranean old world charm. We couldn’t be happier to have entrusted Geeta John of G J Studio, who understood our vision and has delivered an interior much above our expectations. Geeta has an exceptional quality of judging the client’s aesthetics and doing the interiors accordingly. Her designs are testaments to her artistic soul. Having a lot of ideas regarding the home myself, she was always patient to hear me out and we had very interesting design discussions even beyond her regular working hours. In fact, Geeta was available during the entire span to hear any concern and to work out effective solutions. She also made practical changes to fit our budgetary constraints. Geeta is backed by a strong team of carpenter, plumber and electrician, who like her, are responsible, punctual and immensely experienced. Special thanks to Mukesh for his excellent craftsmanship and Yellappa for his aesthetics in doing the plumbing and electrical changes. Geeta took complete charge from the start, made frequent site visits to render everything to perfection. She even helped us select the lights and curtains. It is advisable to consult her regarding soft furnishings, lighting and even general décor as she has the sense of flow that will connect all the rooms. I’ve often heard that getting interiors done is a huge hassle. Our heartfelt gratitude to Geeta, for making our’s a memorable and delightful experience. Clearly, for her work is passion. Geeta has been a phenomenally talented and chatty partner for the interiors of my apartment from the get go. We had well-defined albeit unique requirements for this project and encountered a unique combination of situational and implementation hassles like delays due to the second covid wave, no service elevator, labor shortages etc. Requirements were both aesthetic (powder blue themed spaces, classic wood elements, working with multiple types of wood Maple, Teak, Pinewood etc.) and technical (ripping apart the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, moving a few walls, accommodating dishwasher, a built in bed and study tables, a pseudo bay window etc). in nature. We really did go overboard with this one but I am elated to see the end result which is a testament to her grit, capability, commitment and multi vendor coordination (not to mention customer handling). The place has elicited many wows from my daughter Maithreyi and all visitors, so it definitely is time well spent. If you want understated elegance & a unique design & craftsmanship, look no further…!

We have had the pleasure of working with Geeta John and her competent and professional team for our house interiors at Malhar Patterns. She is a creative designer and her key strength lies in how she quickly grasps what her clients want. GJ studio is one of the best turnkey interior design studios we have come across. Our project involved remodelling of a 12 year old 3bhk flat in an apartment complex. Remodelling included - Plumbing, breaking down of couple of walls, window installation, re-laying of tiles through the house, woodwork and what not. Geeta and her army of men - Mukesh, Yellappa, Bechu, Subboh and so many others made it possible for our dream to turn into a reality in spite of the Covid environment. We now spend our days in our beautiful home which has a gorgeous maple wood kitchen with floor tiles that compliment it so nicely. The breakfast counter adds an extra charm to the dining area. The woodwork through the house is of very high quality, be it the wardrobes, the study tables, entertainment unit or the puja unit. We are equally in awe of the bathroom floor work. And it would be a sin to not to mention the balcony tiles; Geeta used her years of experience and understood our taste so well that even without us asking for it she delivered balcony spaces that is to die for. Thank you Geeta for standing by us through the tough Covid challenges. There were many occasions where you could have run away given the adversity we were facing, but you refused to just give up and made sure our house is ready the way we wanted it!! Geeta provides the highest level of professional services. I needed to remodel my utility room and convert it into a kitchen. She delivered on time (except for unavoidable delays caused by coronavirus). She is upfront and transparent about cost and updates the initial estimates based on actual costs incurred at various stages in a timely manner. She has assembled an extremely competent set of workmen (across all disciplines- carpentry, electrical, plumbing etc.) who arrive on time, perform their work with no unnecessary breaks, and adhere to CoVid social distancing protocols. Her Master Carpenter, Mukesh, is a true gem! My work was quite small in scope, but the team were the same quality and level as one might expect for much bigger projects. In general, you can expect delivery as per your requirements on time, to cost, and with minimum hassle.

The best ever customer experience with design, understanding and delivery of the project. Totally reliable, totally committed and before time delivery of the project , a perfect 20 day delivery of all interiors is 1684 Sq ft (3 bedroom flat on the 12th floor). Amazing experience !!!

We enjoyed working with Geeta as the designer for our home. She brings a fine blend of aesthetic sense and engineering/execution skills which is a rare combination. My wife had a lot of ideas and a clear vision around what she wanted in our home - and Geeta worked very collaboratively with her to make the vision a reality. e.g. The puja door with Tanjore paintings and bells has come up beautifully-Geeta did a great job turning my wife’s vision of using Tanjore paintings on the door - into a reality. Every space in the home was built with extensive collaboration - something we truly appreciated working with Geeta. She was very open to our ideas. Without Geeta, this home won’t have become what it’s today! We will be very happy to work with her again.
