We highly recommend the franchise we built with. The staff was responsive, supportive and easy to work with. We like that they have in house staff to assist in customizing your home that is all picked out when the build begins. It makes for a quick, smooth build. We love our new home!

After talking to other home builders in the area we were very comfortable and at peace signing a contract with GJ Gardner Clovis. They gave us a great understanding of the process and helped us along the way with the county. Their team is efficient and work together smoothly and seamlessly. We were new to building a home and they took the worry out of it. They maintained the site, held a walk through at critical stages, had an open line of communication, and kept the project on time. Before we moved in we were able to make corrections to the exact way we preferred and even after we moved in we were still able to call and have things fine tuned for several months (ie water temp, water pressure). I was worried that once they handed over the keys we would be on our own but that was very much NOT the case. I’m positive I could call them now with an issue and they would address it quickly. They are a very good company to work with and I would highly recommend them. Here we are almost 7 months later and we are still just as thrilled to live here as we were when we first moved in. It’s been refreshing and amazing to design and build a home from the ground up. Thank you GJ Gardner!

My wife and I are so happy we chose GJ Gardner out of Clovis as our builder. As an 8-year Army Veteran I was looking to utilize my VA Loan benefit to construct our first home. We had an issue with our lender dropping the VA construction loan program that they had, if you can imagine we were pretty distraught but Ken and the team came through finding another lender for us that was much more suitable and made our dream happen. The team guided us step by step through the whole process and made our first build an enjoyable memory. Once the house was complete I brought my mother over to see the results, after seeing the look of awe and pride in her eyes I had a sense of peace and accomplishment wash over me. When building my new GJ Gardner home Barbara Coy was instrumental many aspects but particularly the inside design. Everything from colors to cabinet pulls. She suggested Houzz.com and what a fabulous find as I had not heard of Houzz.com before. The website is a wonderful resource for design ideas of all types!!

One of the best decisions I ever made was hiring G.J. Gardner Homes. The project was on budget, on time and a whole lot of fun. The expertise of Ken Felder and his team brought my dreams of a vacation home to reality. The real test of the homes quality is tested daily in the everyday living experience.
