From the beginning Andres and his wife were polite, knowledgeable and very attentive to my wishes in all aspects of the plantation shutters I wanted! They came for installation and were very professional and had a fantastic attention to detail! They removed my treatments and did the installation, cleaning up as they went! I had wanted to install plantation shutters for years. Several years prior to this install I had collected several bids. There wasn’t much price difference but I could never make a final decision. She has a charm that is delightful - we felt right at home with her in our home for the estimate. She was thorough and left me with my quote. I called and hired her right after. The install was 1 day- 18 windows. You would’ve never known they were here. I came home from work to beautiful shutters with no mess, no sawdust, nothing out of place. The shutters are high quality, color match is perfect and they move easily. I am so thankful we found Ginger and her husband. They are a family business who truly show by example their pride of workmanship and quality product. Was definitely worth the wait to find the right company!

We moved into a house that was only a couple of years old, but the interior was not consistent with our area nor our preferences. Ginger provided us with many options to make our interior fit with the area as well as satisfy our desire. She provided blinds and window treatments that are both beautiful, high quality and reasonably priced. She also gave us a number of other ideas for such things as pictures, colors, accent pieces, etc to make our house every more appealing. Words can not express DBS by Ginger she has done two homes for us and we have recommended her to our friends as we just moved into a new development her pricing is with in or less then industry standards her installer Mike is probably one of the best installers it has to be picture perfect no seams show and there measurements are to the "T" and delivery is on time. Ginger has the most latest and the most updated samples for her selection. If you have any issues after delivery and you call her customer service line a call back is received the same day or the next business day and her service tech will be sent. DBS provides a warranty thru the manufacture as well. I highly recommend DBS by Ginger.

We hired Ginger for our new house. She came to the house and measured every windows. Had a wide variety of quality choices and samples . We made our selections and 2 weeks after her husband came and installed the blinds and window treatments. We loved everything in particular the blinds and panels blinds in the living room and the golden sheer drapes in the master bedroom. As soon as we sell our other house we will asked to come back for drapes in the living room. And by the way her prices are reasonable, We highly recommend her.

They listened to our needs about light, privacy and views, and made helpful suggestions as to style and design. Ginger designed and installed our drapery treatments two years ago. We were so happy with her professionalism and quality of workmanship that when it came time for our privacy treatments to change from pleated shades to Plantation Shutters we asked Ginger to please give us a quote. The first difference we noticed was the exacting of measuring that we had not seen with her competitors. Ginger immediately pointed out challenges and alternatives, where the competitors had not. One of the issues being was there enough room between the crown molding and the existing treatments to be raised. Since Ginger had done our original treatments my husband and I were at ease that she would take good care of them. When all was finished my husband and I stood back to catch our breath...We are now enjoying our rooms that now appear taller and larger...Ginger promised a 4 wk turn around and sure to her word we were delighted to enjoy our new treatments 4 wks later. We have two friends that need to see that plantation shutters can indeed be installed under existing treatments that we are not willing to change or give up

Smooth experience, nice people to deal with. I knew basically what I wanted and she pointed me in the right direction and helped choose the color. Good communications before and after the job. I placed a second install order, as we were so pleased with the first. We would use them again.

We had drapes and plantation shutters installed. Ginger and her husband did an excellent job on the install and were instrumental in correcting a problem with the drape fabric. The original fabric was creased where it was folded (from manufacturer) and crease could not be ironed out. Ginger found us a different fabric (more expensive) and had new drapes made and reinstalled at no additional cost to us. She stayed on top of every issue at all times and saw the job through to completion as originally contracted. I am pleased to give Ginger the highest 5 star recommendation possible!
