We built a house using Gialluisi approx. four years ago and the entire process was terrific with the house coming in both on time and within budget. Peter, Todd and the them were very easy to work with and both the workmanship and customer service were top quality. Whenever there was an issue/question it was addressed immediately and a solution was developed to our satisfaction. Once the project was complete the follow up care and customer service could not have been any better. Any minor issue (there were no major issues) that occurred was remedied almost immediately as they really stand by their product; this was my experience even beyond the one year post construction window. I personally refer Gialluisi whenever anyone asks me for a builder and would without a doubt use them again if I built another house.

WE met Pete and told him we wanted the same exact house in Westfield. Pete was amazing at not only building the house to meet our every need but he also helped pick the best lot to build it on. The Gialluisi Team guided us through the process of designing the house with the assistance of his architect, engineer, and his own experience of building high quality homes As construction commenced we developed a close working relationship with Peter and Todd along with most of their sub contractors, who were extremely courteous, responsive, and trustworthy. The overall demolition and construction went smoothly and the Gialluisi team provided a level of service and detail that surpassed our expectations. The Gialluisi team frequently worked on Saturdays and Sundays as well as during the frequent snow storms we had this winter. Given the weather, we thought the project could be significantly delayed, but our home was finished within a couple of weeks of the initial completion date. We have been in our dream home for 3 1/2 years and we couldn’t be more pleased with how the overall project turned out, from our first meeting with Peter, to finding the property, then contract negotiation, followed by planning and design, and then demolition and construction. The minor issues that always come up after a new house is built have been quickly addressed and we feel confident that Peter and Todd are just a text or phone call away.
