We are thrilled with the results of our home from Gerrad Hall Architects. Gerrad worked with us to complete concept drawings of 2 family homes. One of his designs we presently live in, and the other is a prospective rental property that has not yet been started. Gerrad helped us with design details and questions that arose at points throughout the build, and was available at every step of the process. He has a very calm manner, an eye for detail and a remarkable sense of design and space. Both homes are based in Mangawhai, large family homes on stunning rural sites. Gerrad was able to capture the essence of what we wanted, as well as adding details in design and texture that exceeded what we had originally hoped for. We have people continually remarking on our home. We have actually had people knocking on our door to ask to have a look. And another home built not so far away which has been modelled on ours - the ultimate compliment. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Gerrad has designed two houses of ours, the results speak for themselves, spaces and detail are superb. Intelligent design makes everyday special to live in. I would recommend Gerrad Hall Architects to anyone building their first or tenth project.

Gerrad lifted our house to another level. Even though we thought we knew everything somehow he was able to re-interpret our ideas to something beyond what we could have done ourselves. He was easy to work with and Friday meetings about design became social events that we looked forward to.
