As a local Realtor, I have worked with Genia since 2006. She has been my go to for all real estate photography. I recommend her very highly and know that you will not be disappointed with the finished job. The photos are sent in original full size and web format via email in order for me to use on the MLS and websites and print, this makes it effortless for me as an agent. Genia is very friendly, personable and easy to work with. I just called her for another listing coming soon.

Genia assisted us in providing images from a custom floor install, repair and refinish. Outside of the images beautifully capturing the refinish floors, Genia was super helpful in our selection process, editing and even coaching me through my download issues. Our business is growing rapidly and I know she will be one of our go-to's for floor images. Highly recommend.

Genia Barnes is truly a professional. She has helped me sell houses for many years! Her eye for capturing the photographic qualities of a home and property is astounding. She is detailed and a perfectionist in the editing of her work and she delivers the product in a very timely manner. I have been working with Genia for five years to photograph our listings (home for sale) and also to generate our brochures. She has an eye for detail and always captures the best angles and lighting. She does mostly daytime photography but has also come back to capture the perfect sunset or twilight shot. Genia also does aerial photography which can be crucial when it comes to coastal properties. She does an exceptional job putting our brochures together and is also fun to work with. I highly recommend her.

Genia Barnes of Barnes Photographics is an excellent photographer and graphic designer. She has come through for me repeatedly when needed and is an absolute professional under pressure and otherwise. She is my first go to person for my real estate advertising needs.
