We first met Genevieve when she was a member of Arbour Realty. It was a pleasure to work with her for almost two years while we purchased a new construction townhouse in Arlington, Virginia from overseas. Genevieve was wonderful at understanding our needs and constraints as a foreign service family living overseas. She found an excellent housing development project and liaised with the builder throughout the whole process. We know she put in a lot of effort on our behalf due to our physical absence but she made it seem so easy. Genevieve was available via Skype, phone, and when we were in the area on short breaks from our overseas assignment. She kept us motivated despite construction delays and challenges with the builder. Genevieve has an amazing personality and character but she also gets things done and done with the utmost professionalism. She is always super responsive and proactive making sure we were comfortable with the process and informed the whole way. I like that she is involved in the local community and is very knowledgeable about building practices, which proved to be extremely valuable for us.
