Gerardo from Keystone Home Designs has been great to work with. His designs are very well done and creative. Minimal changes have been made from his original concept to final floor plan. As a designer myself, I can say his attention to detail is great! I also walked through some of his previous works and was very impressed with the creativity, attention to sight lines, details and the little things. We hire Keystone Homes as our architect to design our dream, modern home. As a first time home builder, we were nervous about the process and not sure exactly what we wanted. Gerardo took our requests and design a truly one of a kind home that was modern, yet warm and functional. We just finished building our house that Keystone designed and it is beautiful. The end plan was exactly tailored to our style and specifications in regards to space and design. We also are very pleased with what you can't see, that is the structural aspect of the house. Lots of steel beams incorporated as we have very large windows and glass sliders. Keystone designed us a beautiful, functional house that we will work for us for years to come.

We hired Gerardo in March/2016 to design a contemporary home for us in Oakville. We are now in the finishing stages of our build and have received many compliments on the design of the home. Gerardo's architectural plans were thorough and very few revisions were required. Gerardo made site visits when required to ensure that the construction was in keeping with his design. We look forward to moving into our home and would use Gerardo again if we ever decided to build a new home.

Our project with Gerardo was a little bit unusual in that I had my own extensive house designs already in place. That being said, he provided good design insights and suggestions. In addition, he demonstrated an excellent knowledge base and several times made himself available at short notice when the project demanded. He is friendly and a particularly good listener.

Gerardo and Keystone Home Designs came recommended from a friend in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. He certainly did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations. This is our first attempt at building a custom home and Gerardo's advice eased the process for us. We wanted a traditional house but with a unique design custom for our long somewhat narrow lot. Gerardo is well known for his beautiful modern designs as well. We are so pleased with the result and importantly the timely response and creative options Gerardo presented to us. We took his advice and paid a little extra for the 3D-renderings which blew us away showing off the completed design. Budgets were explained in detail up front and did not vary at all. His advice on design elements saved us significant dollars. We would be proud to refer Gerardo and Keystone Home Designs to our friends and family. We may do this again and he will be our first call.

We have known and used KEYSTONE Home Designs for a very long time, the first project by them for our company dates back to 2003 at Lorne Park, Mississauga, Ontario. Gerardo is an excellent Architect, very knowledgeable and with great ideas. Gerardo also has an extremely great amount of patience and can easily work under pressure. We are very happy with working together with Gerardo and look forward to many new projects in the future.

Excellent home designer. Great design concepts. A little slow on delivering drawings but if time is not a constraint it would be worth the wait. Gerardo has designed many high end million dollar homes for us.
