Gary Savitzky Architects has been commissioned to design residential projects in a variety of architectural styles. Project scopes range from a variety of sizes, including custom colonials and country estates. The firm provides a full range of Architectural services from design development, interior design, construction documents and administration. My design approach is to reference the past and design homes consistent with a particular style. All interior and exterior details are developed to be historically correct while incorporating the modern amenities required in the homes of today. Throughout the process, we use models and renderings to facilitate the development of the project. At each stage of design we present our ideas to the clients to keep in line with the project goals. Collaboration during the process has proven to be valuable to achieve successful projects. Gary Savitzky is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture and has been in private practice for over 20 years.

Gary worked with me on the design and construction of my new home. I found working with Gary a pleasure as he made the design process very easy for me. He was very organized with his presentation that easily transitioned into the construction documents. Since he was totally involved in the construction process, it helped me to have the confidence to act as my own general contractor while building my home. We would meet on a regular basis to discuss the project and planning strategies to complete my project on time and below my budget. I would highly recommend Gary as an architect to work on all phases of a project, including construction project manager. He will save you time and money on the most changing projects. In addition, he is personable, very talented and creative.

Gary worked with us on multiple projects, including designing and overseeing a fascade restoration, and design and installation of a new railing on an 1896 townhouse in New York City. This involved working with the Landmarks Commission, facade restorer, and railing fabricator, and GC. Gary is smart, direct, effective, resourceful, honest, reliable, and has the right mix of aesthetic judgment and practical judgment, as well as the ability to oversee projects effectively. I consider him the best architect I have worked with on NYC projects.

Gary and his team designed and project managed the gut renovation of my NYC brownstone. They did a fabulous job in taking our design cues to fruition, meeting all city specific planning and filing requirements and working with our general contractor in ensuring at the conclusion of this project that we had a well honed product. He and his team were always there for us and remain so as the need arises. I can recommend highly.

We worked with Gary on the design of a 11,000+ square foot home. Gary and his team were a pleasure to work with. Because Gary's firm also does construction work, he is excellent at using ideas and designs that translate very seamlessly from the paper to the field. He and his team worked extremely well with my general contractor and all my other subs. I would highly recommend Gary's Savitzky Architects.

コメント：What is the color of the exterior paint of the house?Scott, The exterior of the building is a 3 coat stucco in a beige tone. Window are mahogany with natural stain.
