I called Garcia Roofing Services to come provide a quote. I was impressed from the initial phone call, and every step of the process thereafter. Jack from Garcia Roofing Services came to my house and provided a wealth of information and options to consider. He took great care to explain all the options, never once did I feel I was being up-sold or pressured. I felt at all times like he, and Garcia Roofing Services where trying to win my business vs. just expecting it. We ultimately gave the project to Garcia Roofing Services, solely based on our interactions with Jack and his team. On the day the work began, the crew was there early and took great care to protect my windows, landscape and surrounding area. The crew worked tirelessly, and were extremely respectful at all times. Doing a complete tear off roof project makes an enormous mess. I knew the crew would clean up, but to be honest – I was pretty sure I would have some work to do after they left, considering all the small items all over the area. They cleaned up the entire area, raked my landscape to grab everything and made sure trash blown into the neighbors’ yards was picked up. I live in 3 acres, the wind blew stuff a good distance, and they got all of it. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were even there. If anyone has a small or large roofing project, for me there is only one company they should consider: Garcia Roofing Services. My house looks amazing, especially with the new and improved low profile venting design. Thank you for everything!

I am so impressed with the work Adam accomplished recently - in sincere record time they finished the roofing project. - just before the high winds began and amid the COVID-19 mess. It looked like a ballet on the top of my house - Adam and the crew moved deftly, swiftly and consistently. I am grateful for their diligence, competence and hard work. Garcia Roofing Services have certainly hired a tremendous crew! As an aside, I also used them for my most recently to solar panels installation, once the roof was completed. I had initially gotten proposals from different companies (I'm a touch OCD...)... but Garcia Roofing Services understood what I was looking for and promised to fulfill my dreams. Again their other glowing reviews were an advantage to trust their services. I am so very pleased I chose them.

We were so happy with the Job that Garcia Roofing Services did for us four roof replacement! We kept having leaks even after having it repaired because the roofers didn't want to over charge us for something that should just be a flashing problem. After the leaks continued in new areas we said we just wanted to pay that big bill for the replacement. We found the original roof had not been installed well and was causing the problems. Besides, our insurance company didn't like the moss growing on the roof and gave us 30 days to get it replaced. Garcia Roofing Services did it on time without any problems. The roof looks great! Ron and his crew replaced out roof and did so beautifully! The crew was friendly and respectful all the time. They even made some changes and added some extra features to make it look better and vent better. They worked with our inspector who also wanted some restructuring. And in the end they fixed the chimney so it wouldn't be a problem either. We are so happy to have a leak free house! I don't want to move again!

I am very happy with the work done by Garcia Roofing Services and I especially appreciate Mike and his crew as my experience in their hands was professionally amazing. I had requested estimates from four different roofing companies for my re-roofing project and Garcia Roofing Services were the first to respond, and confidently offered the specific products I was looking for and quote was very competitive. The job included removing two layers of existing shingles, cutting and installing ridge and drip vents, underlayment and shingles, and final clean-up. The job was completed as we had scheduled and the yard around the house was left clean without any debris as how they arrived. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the result and would absolutely recommend Mike and his team.

I turned to houzz and chose Garcia Roofing Services. Adam was super helpful over the phone and I really appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions. Scheduling was smooth and on inspection day they showed up right on time, with masks and observed social distancing. The inspection process was quick and easy and they even gave me the option to join them on the roof. They talked me through what they looked for, their observations and asked me a couple questions. The next day they emailed me the report. Turns out my roof though old has no issues. Overall I could not have asked for a better service or experience and when the time comes for a replacement or any repairs there's no question I'll be reaching back out to Garcia Roofing Services.

Garcia Roofing Services replaced our roof. They arrived right on schedule; went right to work; stayed on the job; completed the work in less than one day; neat and careful. Helped each other as needed. Picked up all the scrap materials and loaded them in truck; Inspector came by during the day to make sure all was going as scheduled. Liked this company; dependable; got the job done; Dependable folks and would use them again if needed.The Estimator Ron, was very helpful and explained thoroughly; Is a "stand up" kind of company.. trustworthy. Every step of the way, from the person who came out to do the initial inspection and estimate, to the office, to the workers, I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Everyone was so polite and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at every step. When the job was done, they were careful to clean-up supplies from the job. I'm very satisfied having used Garcia Roofing Services for recent ridge capping issues on my roof and a damaged alfresco ceiling. Job assessment was at short notice and quote provided promptly. Jack displayed extensive knowledge on roof repairs and maintenance. I could not fault his quality work. He willingly went the extra step to help clean cobwebs on the underside of the roof of my double-storey home which was difficult to access. The job was completed on time, leaving no mess on site. We've used Adam and Garcia Roofing Services for a completely new roof. The fact that we've used them because the estimate process went smoothly. Our current home had some special issues such as a patio cover that was improperly tied into the roof. Bottom line, the patio cover had to go away. Ron the estimator offered some great options to resolve that issue. The scheduling process went smoothly. I had requested the roof be replaced the week of Thanksgiving when I had the week off from work. Sure enough, the crew showed up right on time Monday morning. Most of the work was completed in one day. They did have to send one guy back the next morning to finish some minor details on the garage roof (separate building). Of course, you always wonder what's going to happen after it rains. Did they fix the issues? Well, I can attest that we've had some major long downpours in December and January and not one leak. They replaced the flashing around 3 skylights and no issues there as well! With so many fly-by-night roofing contractors out there, I can honestly say I would recommend Garcia Roofing Services. They made the process as easy as possible and their crew did a fantastic job on our new roof!
