Janelle is an architectural agent specializing in modern design. My business is tailored to the needs of modern enthusiasts all over the world. From Dallas to Dubai, I am able to help my clients buy, sell, or build modern residences. Home owners trust my knowledge in the valuation of their modern home. I am able to sell properties that are modern in design for a premium over what the other houses in the neighborhood are selling for. Alternatively, I help buyers acquire spectacular homes when they are ready to purchase by having the inside track on the best properties before they ever go on the market. I have relationships with the Dallas architects and builders that specialize in modern and contemporary design and have had great success pairing people with the right team to build their own modern masterpiece. My passion for great design and my enthusiasm for modern architecture have been the driving force behind my success in real estate.

You will not find anyone with more knowledge and experience than Janelle. She knows Dallas like the back of her hand. She has made many insightful suggestions that added tens of thousand dollars to the value of the properties we worked together now for seven years. She is also the friendliest and most caring person you would ever want to deal with and to know.

Janelle is fantastic. She went above and beyond to help us secure a lot to build on when we couldn't find a suitable pre-built modern home. We recommend her to all our friends and family. If we are ever in the market again, there's no question we will go to Janelle. She is very easy to work with, has a great personality, and REALLY knows her stuff (most important). She has a great knowledge of modern home inventory in the Dallas area and has even hosted us on the AIA home tour. Can't say enough good things about her!

Jannelle is one of the hardest boring realtors I know. She has extinsive knowledge of market trends and statistics that play a huge role in every deal. Wether you are flipping a starter home or listing you multi million dollar home she is a pro. She has the ability to see past paint colors and bad floor plans and envision a 21st century home . Janelle is always prepared and her negotiating skills are very strong. I highly recommend her!
