Gabellini Sheppard Associates is a multi-disciplinary architectural and interior design firm based in New York City. The studio has gained international acclaim for its signature design aesthetic in which space and light are used as sculptural materials. Commissions on multiple scales range from urban and commercial masterplans to private residences, fashion boutiques and contemporary art galleries, for clients as diverse as Jil Sander, Giorgio Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo, Vera Wang, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Tishman Speyer, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the Florence and Venice Biennales, and several private residential clients.

In 2006, Michael Gabellini received the National Design Award in Interior Design from the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum. The firm has also won over 20 awards from the American Institute of Architects, and dozens more from various professional organizations and magazines.

As a builder in Naples, Florida, we recommend Michael & Kimberly and their team at Gabellini Sheppard Asociates to anyone in the New York Metro Area, as well as anyone who owns in Naples, Bonita Beach, or Marco Island, who wants to either design and build a custom home, or wants to remodel a luxury home or condo. Michael & Kimberly understand that you want your own special place, that reflects your style and taste. It is imperative that you trust the team you have chosen to design your dream. Gabellini Sheppard Associates is a team you can trust and we highly recommend them.

The design process included an in depth look at lifestyle, art collecting ,habits, and a dialogue about how we wanted to "live our lives" in the space.. The Gabellini Sheppard office could not have been better partners in delivering the finished product! After living here for over 15 years it holds up as if it were built yesterday! Many people cannot believe it was designed over 15 years ago. It is modern, spare, comfortable, high end and continues to fill us with peace and joy- we love living in this space and can not think of a a better collaborator than Michael and team.

Gabellini Sheppard and Associates are extreme professionals, leaving no detail outstanding! Michael is an artist who works with space and light with the use of only the very best materials. The walls of my home float like magic. Truly exquisite minimalist work.

Michael, Kimberly and the team at Gabellini Sheppard are top notch. They listened to exactly what My family needed and more. Everything from built in storage that seamlessly blends in with the architecture to finding ways to increase natural light throughout our residence. If you are looking for a firm that can translate your wishes into beautiful, well thought out, multi-functional, timeless design, hire Gabellini Sheppard. Bravissimo!
