Although our specialty is design-build, we are able to act as General Contractor working with an Architect of the owner’s choice. Gabriel founded the company in 2002 early in his real estate career, when he began doing value-add construction. We hold weekly meetings with the Owner and/or Architect to detail progress, discuss scope and any questions the team may have. We are able to offer schematic design/early design study, site planning, construction documents, and permitting. Full construction services include cost analysis, feasibility study, schedule analysis, construction, construction management, and client representation.
