Glenn lavallee away from honesty, threaten if no cash in advance he won’t complete the work and leave, poor job, never follow the contract, always increase the money, not showing for weeks Not recommend him at all very big warnni g to deal with him, left on March /2018 after a year, not even 20% finished for the renovation and he took 80% from the contract cash

The worse contractor ever no promise made in his work only two workers and left him because of not paying them ask for money all the time or threaten to leave and if the money he took almost 80percent or more than the job he made in the project he leaves and no show ever again Every day say am coming and don’t show up to one month or more Only shows constant when he planned to take a sum of money Excuses of not showing plenty starting from sick to funeral etc He did my house renovation but never finished only 20% of it , he broke every thing as his excuse that he made the area ready for his workers to work two workers show up for not more than three days and left because of not paying them The house left broken dusty for more than a year left site without notice All 3washrooms pipes electricity exposed The 60 thousands kitchen that he supposed to install left half done the kitchen hangers screwed badly uneven most of cabinets are damaged of him, I asked him to hook the gas top cook at least to cook he replied mind your own Kitchen Faucet after three months of the marble people install the counter top he decided to plum it by him self switch the spots of hot water to-right instead of left and and cold on left instead of right No major appliance hocked as a built oven We bought food from restaurants as no kitchen installed for a year till he left without notice and another contractor took the work I asked him you should finish spot after spot why you destroyed my whole house Every where damaged from second floor to the basement to the main floor Didn’t pay his electrician 3000 and the electrician believe his word to be paid after the job which the electrician left wiring exposed and call inspectors on my house to indicate the safety issue in my house and that another trouble that we have to solve before the inspector shut the electricity from my house which I hired my own later to finish the electricity work And due to no proper address for this contractor his electrician kept contacting me as the house owner Later this contractor disconnected his phone line so no one can reach His address on his website or his phone number not exist I have lots of pictures starting from my three washrooms exposed pipes and electricity damaged ceiling unfinished kitchen damaged stair case from walking and not cover the working area which he promised to restain my stair case but nothing done The ceiling that need to be stippled left exposed and damaged due to breaking wall as to make open concept in the main floor I advise every one not to deal with this contractor He is showing nice at the beginning but later he is actually money hungry want to take hard worker family money for selling them words only not honest job This project started April 2017 and never finished Finished by another contractor
