Brandon McKay

Matthew has worked on four of my homes over the years - each very different from the next. In all of them, he brought his expert and unique perspective, choosing the best colors, lighting, arrangements and furnishings for that specific home. He was also able to meet me where I was - working with any existing pieces I already had, incorporating furnishings that I wanted, and working within my budget constraints. Even though he brings his own signature modern lens to any space, he is able to work with many different types of homes and furnishings, and I absolutely plan on working with him again! If you’re looking for a great partner who will always provide his expert feedback on any options or picks that you have, or who can take a more active role and provide options that work within your preferences and budget, Matthew is the guy!

I can’t say enough good things about Matthew! What started out as one small project has turned into his completely transforming my house over the last number of years. He is so good at creating spaces that are both fabulously beautiful and you’d like to spend time in. He has brilliantly decorated the small-ish spaces in our one hundred year old craftsman, allowing for larger groups at a time to enjoy them. Whether I need help with an entire room (wallpaper, rug, furniture, pillows, drapes) or just picking out a stain color for my backyard deck, Matthew is quick to respond and happy to help. Absolutely love him!

Matthew redecorated the main floor of our fraternity house at the University of Washington and did an outstanding job. Finding pieces that would withstand use over time from 80 young men and still look good was a challenge he met. He exceeded our expectations and the young men and the alumni Board were equally pleased with his work and with the results. He has the ability to see potential and possibilities in colors and in furnishings. The rooms are very comfortable and durable thanks to him. I am president of the alumni corporation that owns the building and I would give him my highest recommendation.

Matthew designed and chose the furniture, lighting and rugs for my entire house in Washington Park, after a multi-million dollar remodel. He was a consumate professional. When you hire a professional like Matthew, let him go and you will love the results. The house is warm and the living spaces are inviting. He also understands fine art and how it works into the process.

I hired Matthew to help me with three rooms in my 1912 craftsman home. I feel so lucky to have found him and couldn't be happier with the work he did. He is incredibly talented, listens very carefully, and did a beautiful job designing to my taste. In addition he was professional, always got back to me quickly, and made the experience a whole lot of fun. He is a wonderful designer and an exceptional person. I smile everytime I walk into my beautiful home!

コメント：pillow problemsyou might want to try pillows with a down or down alternative filling in them. They weigh more and take a shape easier..easier to form a flatter bottom and hence stay put
