I absolutely love my newly renovated dining room, with a small kitchenette and three large colonial doors that open onto it's own deck. The pergola opens to a vast decking area with glass paneling for maximum view. This is our second major renovation with Brad & Bay Haven Homes and we are thoroughly impressed with his workmanship and speed with which he gets the job finished. Our first reno involved the building of a large deck featuring a built-in seat around a Protected tree, lots of stairs and balustrading and a stunning octagonal arbor. There seems to be no job too big for Brad. He has a 'can do' attitude and makes things happen. He's definitely our 'go to' builder.

We have nothing but praise for Brad and Lisa from Bay Haven Homes. They are both professional and family friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We were completely satisfied with all works carried out on our kitchen renos. They offered expert advice while still listening to what we wanted and needed for our family needs. The project was finished within the time frame they promised and the cost was affordable and there were no hidden surprises. We will definitely get them back for our next project.
