Furniture Mall of Kansas Olathe

My fiancé and I purchased around $4k worth of furniture at their store. It was a Buy 1 Get 50% off another item. We noticed this mistake and they corrected it which saved us over $130. Then, after we hand them around $4, they tell us our couch won't be delivered for another 8 weeks! I wish they had told us that before buying them. Several months later, they call us to tell us that the couch arrived but is not the right color. They told us they would give us the incorrectly colored couch as a loaner until the correct couch was shipped to us. After that, they never called or any correspondence. Finally, 11 months later, we are moving out of the house the couch was sitting in and told them to come get it and that we wanted a refund on our purchase because the correct couch was never delivered. They said they would only refund us 75% of our purchase. We spoke with several assistant managers, as well as the store manager, but they wouldn't budge on not allowing a full refund. It was their fault they never called us and getting a 75% refund on a couch that was never delivered is absurd. The quality of customer service is similar to the quality of the products they sell. It's embarrassingly poor. I've told at least two dozen people so far about this experience and they ended up taking their business elsewhere. I'll never be back and would advise everyone to avoid this place.

They have an ok selection but there service is really, really bad. First, I bought a mattress and I was told they would deliver it between 4-6 weeks, but it took them more than 2 months and they showed up the time I told them I wouldnt be home. They also dont give me any date of delivery option. It's impossible to get a hold of customer service. I will never purchase anything from there and I wouldnt reccomend anyone to go there!

They delivered my furniture broken would. Have not fixed it will not talk to me when I try to call them back.

Great selection, warranty and service is crap. Sales will lie about what is covered, come to find warranty is a waste of money. Warranty is provided by another company, so getting any claim approved involves multiple pictures and calls while they try to reject any claim saying it’s not covered but not stated in the contract. Not worth the money. Customer service is terrible, I’ve called Furniture Mall of Kansas numerous times. Most of the time it’s a busy signal. After finally getting the phone to ring, I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve left messages to call me back, and still weeks later, I cannot get anyone to call me back. Needless to say this is the last time we will be making any purchases here and will make sure to let anyone who asks to look elsewhere.
