Fresh Coat was quick to get me a quote, followed up by great customer service and clear expectations of the work to be done. I have a 4 b 2 b home and they worked quickly and efficiency around my schedule with quality performance. I was extremely happy with the outcome and fresh appeal throughout.

I cannot say enough good things about Fresh Coat Painters of Carrollton. From my first conversation with Veronica, to my meeting with Tom and then to the incredible painting of Wil - I just couldn't have been more pleased. When my first painter started ruining my house using cheap paint in the wrong color, I fired him. The problem was that I was trying to sell my house and the booming real estate market had everyone so busy that no one could come until 2 weeks. Veronica understood that I had already moved out of state and I was trying to get my project finished so I could get out of town. She and Tom were able to work me into the schedule and had my entire house painted in about 3 days - incredible! Tom is not a salesman, he is a painter so I was not given some slick sales pitch. He spent plenty of time looking at the previous paint job so he understood exactly what I needed done and could see all the flaws I was trying to fix before I even had to point them out. The itemized bid sheet showed precisely how much I was paying for each room, closet and ceiling so I could stay within my budget. And Wil is the best painter I have ever seen - he's fast but the quality doesn't suffer and he's super clean and professional. I enjoyed having him in my house and with each passing over the wall with the roller, I could feel my stress subsiding. Fresh Coat delivered exactly what they promised and in the time frame in which they said they could complete the project. That enabled me to schedule the other work in my home and to actually finish my house and put it on the market (something that was NOT happening with the previous painter!) Fresh Coat gave me my life back by enabling me to regain control of my house and the remodeling project. I wish I would have called them first! If you need professional painters who use quality paint in the right color and will start and finish the project on time then I highly recommend Fresh Coat Painters of Carrollton! Fresh Coat of Carrollton did a wonderful job painting the exterior of my home as well as doing some minor needed exterior surface repair, Everyone was so easy to work with and very professional, even as we had to out wait the early June rains to stop! Ellen S.
