Fred Architecture

We recycled a really ugly 1980 townhouse and added another level using Fiona Winzar Architects. People think we've built a new home, but it's just a really successful transformation. Our home was completely transformed! People think it's a new house, but the old brick shell was in good condition and Fiona encouraged us to reuse it. Fiona listened to what we needed, worked toward our budget and designed a wonderful sustainable home to live in. Our bills are less than half what we used to pay even though our home is a lot bigger. We love being home.
