My husband and I have been working with Frank on the design and completion of our new home. We are in the final stages of the build and putting the finishing touches on our home. Frank, along with his team of talented and professional subcontractors, have been carefully guiding our every step. Frank’s design recommendations, quality of materials and workmanship, along with his years of expertise, have been a constant reminder to us that we chose our contractor wisely. He is always in communication with us and sets our expectations well and because this is a long-distance project for us, that is invaluable. We would recommend Frank without hesitation and feel blessed and proud to have worked on this project with his guidance and capable leadership.

Capital Construction did a thorough, honest, and fair job of building for me. I felt like Frank Laskey was along side me the entire job. Any questions or comments I had were responded to right away. His subcontractors were courteous, professional, and did top notch work. I can't recommend Capital Construction enough. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Frank Laskey, of Capital Construction, is the ultimate professional contractor. He will implement your ideas into the design, and if you need ideas, he has good ones. The materials used were top notch, as was the workmanship. This is an energy efficient, certifiably green home. He took down only as many trees as necessary to build the house, so we are on a nice private wooded lot, and the house cannot be seen from the street. If you need hand-holding through the process, he is there. He is always available by text or e-mail, and will put you at ease. This project had to overcome COVID, and the timeline was hardly delayed. He goes above and beyond. He is honest and budget conscious. He oversees his workers, and even those I had contracted with directly. This saved us money, and kept the loan amount down. We have gotten compliments from all who enter our home. My husband and I are very happy in our new home, and Frank was there to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. He did not disappear when the job was done, but he takes pride in his work. He is very caring and a true gentleman. This is the 3rd home we had built, but the only contractor we would recommend at all, and we highly recommend Frank.

After an exhaustive search, my wife and I were fortunate enough to find Frank Laskey and his professional team at Capital Construction. Right from our initial meeting, Frank impressed us with his incredible patience, knowledge of construction, and his attention to detail. We were looking for a contractor to build our dream home on a lake, and we had very specific ideas. While other builders wanted to build the home their way, Frank was very patient, understanding, intelligent and helpful. He listened to all of our ideas, explained how we could best accomplish each goal, and did so with our dream and budget in mind. We are now living our dream and wake each morning in a home that we designed and created with the guidance of Frank Laskey. We can strongly recommend Frank Laskey and his staff at Capital Construction for anyone’s home remodeling. After putting out a call for proposals to do a complete external renovation of my mother’s 43 year old house, Capital Construction’s offer was clearly superior. Why? First: determination to get it right. No matter how large or small the issue, Frank was determined to produce a result we would be happy to live with for decades to come. Second: a willingness to try exotic materials and unique designs. We really wanted to use an uncommon Brazilian hardwood on the front of the house in a very unusual and contemporary style (which I personally designed). It took a lot of effort by Frank Laskey to perform the engineering design to ensure a durable yet aesthetically pleasing concept --- something his competitors were either unwilling or unable to do. My mother’s neighbors continue to complement the newest addition to the neighborhood. Third: while ours is a modest-sized ranch style home, Frank always treated us just as importantly as his other concurrent projects that dwarfed our house in size and opulence --- we never felt like second class clients. Finally: his direct staff and sub-contractors on site always took great care to ensure quality workmanship. We had the impression they were working on their own home! My mother loves her “new” home, and feels that it is better constructed now than when she and my father first built it!

Frank and team renovated our "fixer upper" which had a few "DIY" owners previous to us. Needless to say, it had a few interesting issues that needed to be resolved. The ranged from poor insulation, a bathroom straight out of the 70's and another bathroom with a tub three feet above ground level.. Frank thoughtfully listens to all your ideas and helps you weigh all of your options to make sure you get the right results the first time. We would not have had such great results without his help in picking materials, fixtures and general construction knowledge. Thanks Frank!

You couldn't ask for more from a general contractor/project manager; expertise, communication, budgeting, friendliness, knowledge, detail, all of the highest order. If you've worked with others that are not qualified in these areas, you'll know how critical they are to a positive outcome in any project. Without hesitation I would hire him for future projects, as I have in the past. I didn't know Frank personally, I hired him based on his professionalism and my first impression of him, and he reaffirmed my decision time after time. I highly recommend Frank.

コメント：Cabinets and Flooring.Thank you very much for your question. The cabinets are cherry with a water based urethane finish. The floor tile was purchased by the homeowner at a close out sale and we don't recall the manufacture...
