Frances enabled us to achieve our dream of setting up an Osteopathic Clinic in Bath. The brief was taken, fully understood and delivered exactly what we had hoped to achieve - a professional, yet welcoming environment where patients felt comfortable and at ease. Frances was with us from the outset, when the building was just shell and core and worked her magic in design, layout, ideas and all matters ‘interior’ AND ‘exterior’. The end result surpassed our expectations and the constant requests by patients for details of the colours were testament to this. The rental flat upstairs was also planned, designed and furnished with Frances’s help. 5 years later she helped with the refresh, with subtle changes yet maintaining the overall theme and feel we knew was working for us. Frances was able to guide and advise every step of the way, deadlines were met and budgets maintained. We could not have asked for more and recommend her wherever we can. . .

Frances has been a pleasure to work with – she is a consummate professional and never sought to impose her ideas - rather coming up with suggestions so we could make the final edit. However, she has an unerring eye for what works for us and our house. Frances provided inspirational ideas and she then sourced perfectly crafted cushions, curtains and curtain poles, and blinds; she recommended local suppliers for the carpets she helped us choose. Her ideas for lights, lamps and shades have used to great effect and she designed plans for our bespoke fitted joinery - all in keeping with a Georgian house. No details were left to chance and her team hung our pictures and the new curtain poles on the most difficult stone walls – and she even had our most ‘needy' paintings reframed, and chose new lampshades for our vintage lamps. Frances is charming and fun – and she is not afraid to say when something just won’t work. We could not have done it without her and will always be grateful that she got involved in our project.

Frances has been absolutely marvellously inspirational. She was initially recommended to me by a kitchen studio who supplied/installed my new kitchen. My first impression when meeting Frances was her understanding of me as a person and my taste and importantly expectations. Her professionalism and friendliness, gained trust helping to design a home with beautiful and quality furnishings throughout. This was a project for me and Frances accommodated with deadlines and also my budget. I now have very envious family members, friends and neighbours!

Frances provided her expert advice on furnishings, furniture and lighting during the extension and refurbishment of our beachside South Devon home during 2016/2017. She was professional, friendly, diplomatic and endlessly patient in her dealings with myself and my, not always in agreement, husband.
