We hired Home Design+ to design and build our dream home in 2012. Overall our experience was very positive. We knew what we wanted in terms of layout , building size and the quality of the fittings so this was never going to be a simple "tick and flick" operation. Where Home Design+ really came into their own was taking this information and translating it into a beautiful workable design. We spent nearly 12 months in the planning of this build. The execution phase of this project took about 14 weeks. There were no real problems once construction started. All of our issues were back in the planning stage {which is where they should be!}. We had researched and selected a particular type of glass to be used for the windows and sliding doors. However, it was from a manufacturer not normally used by Home Design+. The preliminary house framing plan had already been drawn using different window sizes to ours. Consequently, when we presented our selection, it was met with a firm but polite "no". This was not the only incidence of preferred supplier status getting in the way of quality. We quickly learned to hold our ground. The price of quality is price and the overall cost of the build was much more than we were expecting. By the same token the house that was delivered was also much more than we were expecting.

Fred's attention to detail was excellent. He was consistent with meeting deadlines and was always available to chat throughout the renovation process.

Wely Pty Ltd have worked with Fred as Painting & Decorator Subcontractors on numerous of his Projects and have always found him to be an honest, reliable and fair person. Fred is committed to making the building process as easy as possible for his Clients and produces work of a high standard.

Fred has undertaken several different home improvements for me that included renovating an ensuite, swopping doors our for windows and some external yard work. He does all his work to a high standard, is punctual and friendly, and well priced. I will use him again.
