I bought an expensive solid-wood bathroom vanity from this seller. The wood has so many cracks in less than one year of purchase! I reached out to FoxDen Decor in hopes that they’d stand by their quality and address the matter. But they have done nothing. I thought I was investing in a piece of furniture that would be permanently installed in my home, or for at least several years. But within just a few months it’s falling apart! So disappointing. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but for now I caution all potential buyers: Do not buy from this seller.

Just under two years and my vanity is coming apart. Seams are splitting apart (see photos) I use my vanity to wash my hands with, it should last longer than this. I wanted a rustic vanity, not a broken one. I'm disappointed with Foxden Decor's quality of products.I don't recommend them and would not use them again.

FoxDen Décor did an awesome job on the communion table for our new church building. We look forward to working with them again on further custom orders. We highly recommend this company if you're into beautifully crafted furniture.

Order placed January 28, 2016. Order of 7 pieces PAID FOR IN FULL early Feb with the understanding of a 4-6 week turn around. One piece arrived poorly built in March with no hardware, purple discoloration, unlevel by almost 3/8" and not moisture sealed as specifically indicated in invoice (bathroom vanity). No action was taken by foxden to remedy any of these issues despite numerous efforts. I now have a 1/4 piece of plywood wedged under the left rear leg to make it "mostly" level on a newly poured concrete leveled bathroom floor. Over a month later in April (over a month past the absolute latest deadline) we received a desk SOAKING wet with stain. I had to leave it on the rear porch for 2 weeks. There was only one "floating" shelf (we ordered 2) improperly made with no mechanism to affix to a wall, you know, the "floating" part. We were subsequently accused of lying about the contents of the box by the owner Chris Stewart. We sent countless emails and spent untold hours on the phone with Elaine in customer service. She would acknowledge the absolute absurdity and ineptitude of how the situation was being handled but was able to provide no real help. Of the 3 pieces we have received, only one was built properly and to the correct specifications. Unfortunately, this piece was to be accompanied by two matching shelves to be installed above the desk and we only received one. We waited one month, no big deal that was the arrangement plus a few weeks if needed. We waited TWO MONTHS, Ok they're busy and trying to get this all sorted. Items started showing up poorly made/not as ordered, alright, we will make it work. They're nice folks and the rest of the stuff is on the way. We waited THREE MONTHS, still can't get hardware for vanity rendering it unusable, the rest of the order is nowhere to be found. Furthermore, we are being told it has all been built and we will be receiving items any day now. Nope. FOUR MONTHS. We waited FOUR MONTHS while the owners hid behind Elaine giving excuse after excuse after excuse. No deadline was met and many of the items had still not been made. Instead of owning that and cutting their losses, Foxden doubled down and made a hard and fast deadline to conclude our business. You know what happened that day (April 27th) Nothing. Foxden did nothing. Not even a phone call. Nothing. Finally we dispute the charges (FOUR MONTHS LATER) on the credit card. Guess what? Phone won't stop ringing. Guess who? Foxden. This company is best avoided at all cost. We are not alone in this experience and to top it off the owner Chris Stewart's response in part was: "even though we give an estimated completion date, we don't guarantee any custom order time frames and we have a return and cancellation policy so that our customers can move on at any time if we can't complete within the estimated time frame." They will not take the items on return. Furthermore, the owner Chris Stewart posits that our entire 4 month disaster with Foxden was a premeditated attempt to steal their goods: "[you were] planning all along to have us build you something that you fully intended to steal all along, using coercion and credit card dispute loop holes" Never so much as a word from the owner in 4 months of this trainwreck, then contacted to say we were trying to steal from them all along. Call to make an order and they fall over themselves to respond, not so much once they have your money.

Ordered a vanity and door on February 23rd. Still have not received my order over 8 weeks later. Very dissatisfied!! They advised they had to move warehouses but still no update on when I will get my order.

Very Unsatisfied with this company and will NEVER recommend them!!! I ordered from this company about 2 years ago a half bath vanity and had a wonderful experience with Jami (the Owner). She was great to work with and went out of her way to make it a good experience for my Decorator/Designer and myself. This last December (2015) I contacted Jami again (as my previous experience was so wonderful) for a Master Bath Vanity, a Pool bath vanity, cupboard and mirrors. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and asked if they could build it, how much and time frame. She said yes, gave a price and said 2-3 weeks. I followed up after Christmas in the first week of January and spoke with Jami to get it all in motion telling her construction would start the 2-3rd week of January and we would need our order by mid February of which she said would be no problem.....Well.....here we are in the end of March and I have cut my ties with this dishonest, deceiving company! Promises with no follow through, we don't know what happened to the owner (Jami)...she just stopped returning our calls, emails and texts. I had to call the company and leave messages for someone to call me back and let me know what was going on? I got a call back a few days later from Elaine and then still continued to get a runaround! Our product was supposed to be here by early February and they just continued to "drop the ball" I was told an invoice would be sent to me in January and it took almost a month to get one. Jami told me in January they were building our product, come to find out in mid February they hadn't even started construction. They sent a picture of the Master bath vanity they had finally built on MARCH 18th and it was just a plain box...(according to our contract with "their" drawing of what it was supposed to look like.... it had details....corbels and fancy legs....none of that was on the plain box they built!) By this point I was beyond frustrated, our job has been held up now for 2 months waiting on FoxDen Decore to get there act together so I told them to keep the cabinet and we would find it elsewhere. I was frustrated with being told one thing only to find out nothing happened. They then had the audacity to charge me a restock fee!!! I finally received the rest of the order (pool bath vanity, cupboard and mirrors) APRIL 1ST and couldn't believe the shoddy work. Pencil marks where they put the shelf only to find out it was crooked so they moved it but didn't bother removing the pencil marks. Stain partly done on the inside, shelves that were supposed to be adjustable, but weren't. It says on their website that customer satisfaction is important to them.....Its just advertising.....Buyer Beware!!!!

Loved these vanities I bought. They did make a mistake with sizing but seem to be willing to make up for it by sending me a new one. I found them on Houzz. It's fun having unique vanities to show off to everyone.

I purchased a rustic vanity from FoxDen Decor. Communication was good after I purchased the item. Before final shipment, Elaine sent a photo for approval. The color was off, and they re-made the piece. The final piece was perfect for my remodel. Cheers, Mike U fro San Diego

I ordered a rustic table to fit 12 people and absolutely love it! They were able to customize the size and style and color to exactly what I wanted. They helped me design unique chairs to match too. Every time my friends and family come over everybody asks me where I got it! Love it!

We ordered 6 bar stools to match an old table we purchased (From another company) and Foxden was able to replicate the color almost perfectly! They worked with us until it was just what we wanted. We currently have a custom t.v console in production with them and we can't wait to see it!

I have had such a wonderful experience with FoxDen Decor, I especially love their bathroom vanities. I would highly recommend them!

My cousin and I are remodeling a house we just purchased and was so fortunate to have found Fox Den Decor. They have incredible customer service and support. They patiently worked with and listened to us. It all paid off because the bathroom vanities that they provided for us are absolutely the most exquisite things that I have ever seen. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was their careful listening to detail that really set them apart from anyone else we worked with. Fox Den Decor is top notch and I will definitely be using them for many of the projects we have coming down the pike!
