Fox Brothers Painting

I have used Dan and his excellent crew for both complete interior ((September 2016) and exterior (May 2017) paint jobs. They truly earned their five stars in both cases! They were professional, neat, on time, and kept me informed throughout both projects. Dan is very experienced and knowlegable. I did receive several bids, and Fox Brothers was very competitive. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and received fair value on my investment. I would not hesitate to hire them again, except they did such a great job, I likely won't have to repaint for many years!

Great experience! Kitchen cabinets were sprayed white and they removed/installed new backsplash. The painters did amazing job. The couple who owns the business are professional and very kind. Felt comfortable leaving them unattended in our home. Would highly recommend.

Found Fox Borthers on Houzz and hired Dan to do some interior panting and minor carpentry work. He and his team were very professional and easy to work with. Dan is open to ideas and is also creative in coming up with some suggestions. We also had a color consultation with Tracy and that was a great help. We will have Dan and crew out again soon to do some exterior panting soon.

Fox Brothers did exactly what we asked and they managed to finish exactly when Mr. Fox had mentioned when he gave the estimate. Price was fair and quality of work was exceptional. He finished our garage w drywall.

Fox Brothers came highly recommended and departed highly recommended! We purchased a two-bedroom, two-bath, office, kitchen, dining, living, sun room condo, We had very helpful professional assistance in selecting the color palate. The whole inside was painted within two and a half days! There was no furniture in the home, which helped; great cleanup. The team was very professional, respectful, businesslike. We were in good hands and are so pleased with the whole experience and results!

Fox Brothers came through in a pinch for me!! My entire home was painted on time, as promised, with a courteous, respectful crew. Costs are fair and workmanship solid! I appreciated Matt's supervision of the project! All of my questions as a homeowner were answered professionally. Working with Tracy was not only fun, it was educational!! The color consulting is a nice perk that Fox Brothers provides. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to complete an interior/exterior painting project.

Overall we were very happy with the work that Fox Brothers did for us - we had our popcorn ceilings redone (in every room in the house), extensive painting (every surface in every room), and bamboo floors put in. The initial consult that Dan and Matt did for us was VERY thorough - much more so than any of the other contractors we interviewed. They spent 2 hours at our house taking measurements and assessing the house and providing feedback in order to give us a thoughtful estimate. The estimate also came in lower and more quickly than others we spoke with. Having the Office Manager, Tracy, as a communication and customer service hub (and paint color expert!) was extremely helpful as well. The painting project manager, Wayne, was very diligent and pleasant to work with - he and his team spent a lot of time repairing, patching, and preparing our walls before painting them, and the result is beautiful. Their carpenter, Paul, is clearly a highly skilled craftsman. We did experience a few hiccups along the way with Fox Bros - ie miscommunication about some wall patching, had to have the front door replaced and one kitchen cabinet raised to accommodate the new floor height, which was not anticipated by Fox Bros ahead of time, misinformation re door staining - but I suppose a few hiccups here and there are to be expected when you are having such extensive work done. We occasionally find areas that were not touched up as they should have been initially, but we have been assured by Fox Bros that they will come back to do touch ups and deal with any warranty issues whenever we would like to schedule them. The quality of workmanship on all fronts was very high, and we are pleased with the outcome.

I don't typically take the time to review many companies, but I felt this company more than deserves it. My husband and I recently moved into a new home in Waxhaw, NC. We had been asking around to see if any of our co-workers and or neighbors knew of a professional and reliable painting company. We were given a few names and received an estimate from 3 companies. Fox Brothers was the last company we interviewed and received a quote from. Once we met with Dan, the owner, we were sold (before we even received the estimate). Dan was very patient and really took his time answering all of our questions. He was personable and made us feel very comfortable with the large investment we were about to make in our home. Fox Brothers estimate was not the least expensive of the 3 offers we received, but we knew that the professionalism was going to be worth the cost. Needless to say, we are so happy we went with Fox Brothers. Everyone, from their office staff to the members of their crew were a pleasure to work with. At the completion of the project, we walked our home with the crew manager and Dan to make sure we were happy with the look of each room. Our home looks fantastic (no longer the builder beige) and now we are passing along the Fox Brothers name to anyone looking for a professional company who really provides excellent customer service. We are in the process of having them come back to estimate our flooring project and are considering building a porch as well. While cost is always something we carefully consider, we definately feel that the quality of their work and the ease of their process is well worth it.

Slow to get back to me. Had to call several times to get estimate verified. Still waiting.....Business Owner, Dan Fox was courteous and promised work would be done at discounted rate and quality fashion. Still waiting to hear back from his project manager.

Painting entire exterior and interior. Dan and his crew were easy to work with, respectful, and professional. Worked clean, the price was fair, and the final product was top notch. I will use him again for future work.

We just had Fox Brothers Painting do the interior of our home. We contacted them last week. We received our quote the very next day. I noticed right away from working with Chris that I wouldn't need a second quote from another company. We called them on Monday to accept the job. They asked when would you like us to start. I put Wednesday would be great. They show up Wed and started to paint our 3000 sq. feet home. It is now Thursday at 7:00 PM and my house is completely finished from top to bottom. The Professionalism of every single employee blew us away. The attention to detail on the painting, the cleanliness from start to finish, the quality of the paint job, staining the staircase, hand rail & cat walk. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. All that in 2 days. Amazing Company. Chris told us to look around and if you see anything you would like us to touch up let him know next week and he'll knock it out for us and after that we can settle up with the bill. I can tell you I'm confident we won't find anything. If you're looking to have any home renovations done...do yourself a favor and hire these Pro's. You will be AMAZED!

My wife and I are thrilled with the work Fox Brothers Painting and Renovation did in our home. We had the entire interior painted and the lower level flooring changed from carpet to hardwoods. From the estimate to the finsihed product they were professional and personable, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, which meant a lot to us. We saved for several months to have this work done and wanted to make sure the project and process would be something we would be completely happy with, and it is! We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of painting or flooring. We have decided to schedule another estimate with them to remodel our master bathroom and look forward to working with them again.
