Florida Coastal replaced all of our windows and doors. From initial contact through project completion they communicated with us in clear and timely fashion, and each step of the project was completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule. The product is top quality, and the installation was expertly conducted. Orlando, Barbara, and Alex were available to answer our questions and keep us informed on progress. Once our windows and doors came in, Alex and his installation team were focused on our job, and dedicated many long days to complete it in timely fashion. As with any major renovation project, we encountered some hidden issues with the house during the installation, but Alex and the installation team were quick to find solutions, fix what needed to be fixed, and complete the project on schedule. Orlando stayed in contact throughout the project, and circled back after completion to ensure everything was done well. We are very happy with our new windows and doors, and have personally recommended Florida Coastal to a few friends and colleagues that are currently looking for a window replacement contractor. Wow, this company not only has an outstanding product that they sell, deliver and install they have the best staff from ordering to delivery and installation. I have had them do two jobs for me, whole house windows and doors and yesterday a front door. Marvin windows and doors are the best! Pro: The installation team led by Alex was excellent they really cared about the product, service and results delivered. Alex was very good at providing me input and asking for my installation assumptions. I was very particular about the finish work and he and his team delivered. The finished results were very good and they were great at cleaning up afterwards. I would rate the installation team a "5"! Con: I bought a very expensive impact rated door and a couple of custom impacted rated windows. The door is beautiful but the design doesn't allow for a keypad entry which is what I had on my last door, so I lost that convenience and the key slot is engineered way to close to the side door jam. The look of the door is a "5" but some of the design elements I give a "3".

The job was done earlier than expected. The work was done with great craftmanship. There was no mess after the installation. A job well done.
