I highly recommend Five Roofing. We hired them to replace the roof for us. This was a challenging project particularly with all the HVAC units located on this area of the roof. But, they handled it extremely well for a fair price. They have a "can do" attitude and were quick to repair and address any issues or concerns. We also had rain show up in the forecast after they started and they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule in time for the rain event. Johnny was the onsite foreman. Johnny and crew did an amazing job. We'll definitely recommend and use them again for any roofing need.

One of my close friend referred me to Five Roofing. Johnny came for the roof inspection and suggested replacement. Their price was great and the work was performed very well. I’ve had no issues since they replaced my roof after the shoddy one I previously had done. Prior to settling on using them, I considered other companies. Most if not all were poor in the customer service department. Not Five Roofing. Excellent customer service and great work. I hold full confidence in this company and plan to use them at my place of employment.

First of all, I want to thank the team of roofers at Five Roofing for an excellent job done. Jake came with his crew to replace my flat roof this past week, and the guys showed up on time at 8am, worked throughout the day until finished at 6pm. They really are a great crew. Also thanks to the Project Manager Jake for walking us through the process and answering all our detailed questions! We had over 6 roof layers on the property and all the other estimates recommended a layover of adding another layer of roofing onto the roof. Jake explained to me that 2 layers is the housing code maximum, and that not only were all those layers too much weight for the property but that the leaks wouldn't fully be fixed until rotted wood under the layers was replaced with new plywood. So happy I chose Five Roofing for my extensive roof replacement wok.

I turned to Yelp and chose Five Roofing. David was super helpful over the phone and I really appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions. Scheduling was smooth and on inspection day they showed up right on time, with masks and observed social distancing. The inspection process was quick and easy and they even gave me the option to join them on the roof. They talked me through what they looked for, their observations and asked me a couple questions. The next day they emailed me the report. Turns out my roof though old has no issues. Overall I could not have asked for a better service or experience and when the time comes for a replacement or any repairs there's no question I'll be reaching back out to Five Roofing.4138

Mike from Five Roofing was wonderful and a true professional. He answered our questions and did not try to oversell us. We worked on the schedule pretty quickly, which was nice. The job took only two days. We had many issues, which I had never thought about having for just getting a new roof. I won't go into them all, but I do have to say that the company and crew were extremely quick to resolve each and every issue. His crew was also totally professional. They arrived on time, were respectful of us and our property, cleaned up daily after themselves, and frequently inquired about our satisfaction. professional and the finished job is well done.

It's never fun having to replace roof, gutters, fence, etc., but I am glad that I established a working relationship with Mike and Five Roofing. We worked with Mike for our re-roofing project. Just like the first time, all repairs were made seamlessly and clean up was perfect. It's good to know that you are dealing with an established roofing company and not a fly by night company. I'm very satisfied having used Five Roofing for recent ridge capping issues on my roof and a damaged alfresco ceiling. Job assessment was at short notice and quote provided promptly. Mike displayed extensive knowledge on roof repairs and maintenance. I could not fault his quality work. He willingly went the extra step to help clean cobwebs on the underside of the roof of my double-storey home which was difficult to access. The job was completed on time, leaving no mess on site. The roof replacement was an easier process than I thought and only took a couple of days.
