Rob is a top quality contractor. After working with others who were difficult to work with and lacked quality, it was a pleasant relief to find Rob. He is the only contractor we use at our home now. He does projects big and small. He takes pride in his work and his partners are EXCELLENT. Can't say enough good things about Five Points.

We highly recommend Five Point Remodel and it's owner, Rob Wishnewski. We have used Five Point Renovation and Remodel for large and small projects since 2008. One of the larger projects included the addition of a third garage bay, four seasons room with heated tile floor & sky lights, a large raised mortared-stone patio and new Hardie board siding. Another fairly significant project included complete renovation of our den and 1/2-bath with the addition of a mortared stone fire place in the den to replace a brick/stucco one. We have used Five Point for a full renovation of our guest bathroom. Smaller projects have been replacement of front windows/entry door and the remodel of an exercise room in our basement. Through each and every project, Rob was extremely professional, efficient, timely, and fair. All of his tradesmen are top notch and their work has been of the highest quality. Rob stands by his quotes and his work. As an example, several years after completing the additon, there was buckling of several plywood sections of the 3rd garage bay roof. Rob insisted on replacing the entire 3rd bay roof (plywood and shingles) versus just the sections at no cost to us because the plywood was defective and should not have buckled. This was typical of Rob. He has the highest standards for the quality of his work and he definitely puts his clients first!

I hired Five Point Renovation and Remodel to renovate our kitchen. The renovation involved redesigning the kitchen layout, perfectly matching cabinets to our old cabinets, replacing an outdated countertop with stone countertops, adding travertine stone backsplash, repairing cracked floor tiles, upgrading all appliances including re-venting to the outside a professional hood, putting in new double sinks w/facets, changing existing window to a larger bumped out window box, new light fixtures & under cabinet lighting, wine rack, bookcase for recipe books as well as installing roller pull out shelves and getting specialized drawer knife holders and spice drawer inserts. Rob, the owner, then repurposed our leftover cabinets into our laundry room for added storage! Rob's professionalism and his attention to detail are above and beyond any contractor we have ever worked with! His work ethic is absolutely what any homeowner would appreciate and he started and completed the project in exactly the time frame we discussed. He also stayed on budget and charged us a very fair price for the project. I would highly recommend Five Point Renovation and Remodel to anyone who would like to work with the best in his field. Definitely a 5 Star contractor!

We have just completed a kitchen renovation with Rob and his team and our entire end to end experience has been exceptional. We came in very close to budget (few additions we added along the way), the renovation was delivered in a month (which is unheard of in kitchen renovations) and we felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. He was a real partner in our renovation and someone that we will come back to time and time again for our future renovation needs. One thing that we did really appreciate to note here is that Rob spends a significant amount of time on the proposal phase of your project and this really helps understand exactly what is going to be done so no gotchas that can be predicted come up during the actual work - really helped to set our minds at ease about the cost of the renovation and whether it would go over!
