Every one of our backyard structures are covered by a 10-year Limited Warranty backed by the manufacturer. This warranty guarantees that your gazebo, pergola, or pavilion is free from any manufacturing defects, will be installed properly, and – when properly maintained – will remain structurally sound. Also guaranteed by the manufacturer is that your structure’s wood will not rot or become termite infested, and that your vinyl will not crack. From our headquarters in Lancaster, PA, we deliver and install backyard structures throughout the Eastern United States. We have regular shipments coming from our manufacturing partner in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, so your new outdoor structure can be custom built, delivered, and installed in a timely manner. During the winter months, we install outdoor structures throughout the Eastern United States.
