Firm Fit will absolutely not stand behind there warranty. I am out 15k, on a 2 1/2 year old floor that is coming apart at the edges and bowing to the point it is busting the LVP. Firm Fit sent a so called independant inspector out to make a determination on what was wrong. It was more of an interrogation of fault finding. Questions like, Do you have kids, how many kids, do you have a pet,,do you mop your floors, do you wear shoes on your floors, ETC. When all said and done inspector said it was installers fault. Keep in mind, floor a has been good for 2 1/2 years. Same installer did all the other floors and tile in house and it is still perfect. I would NOT recommend this product, or this company.

We bought $2700.00 in Firmfit plank flooring which was a special order that could not be returned. Once we started installing it, we were struck by how hollow and cheap it felt when you walked on it. We are totally sickened by what we bought. Buyer beware. Be very careful when making your decision, especially when you can't return it. This flooring might look good in the showroom, but once put it down.......yikes!!!

We recently installed FirmFit Flooring in the downstairs area of our home (living room, kitchen, dining room, office) in the color City Vibe and we absolutely love it!! My husband and I were able to install it on our own since it’s pretty easy to install. This saved us tons of money! It’s also very easy to clean! I typically use a damp mop and it cleans up perfectly. We’ve had our flooring for about 4 months now and it’s held up great with our two dogs and two teenage boys!

We've recently underpinned and fully renovated our 3 chamber basement. With a bathroom, gym and utility (complete with a dog wash) I was keen for a waterproof flooring and settled on the FirmFit rigid core plank in CW 1683 and we LOVE it! FirmFit suited our needs, was easy to install with the click system and has a lovely textured finish. We will be looking to use Firmfit for our ground floor renovation plans next!!!

Absolutely love our FirmFit flooring. We opted for the spotted gum and we love the colours in the pannels. We picked FirmFit as it suited our needs, more wear proof and pet friendly. So far after a year of having this flooring we’ve experienced no concerns or problems. It’s the perfect fit for our light bright house :)

We were looking to remodel 1600sq ft of 12 year old flooring including carpet and ceramic tile with a single product that was durable, low maintenance and a great look. After a couple of months of research, we decided to go with FirmFit flooring. We selected Bistro from the InTown collection because of the wood grain feel, color, width of planks and wear level. All of these checked important boxes for us, but the one that sealed the deal is that it is made in the US. I am leery of selecting non-US made products because you never know what control is really in place during manufacture process. Very happy with the finished product and have received many complements.

Absolutely love this flooring, choose it and you will not be disappointed. The quality and finish are amazing. I did a lot of research beforehand and the outlet I purchased from were very helpful and knowledgeable about this product.

Happy to recommend FirmFit flooring. With a busy household of teenagers, two cats and a Labrador I tried countless samples to find something robust enough to cope. We opted for Rigid Core Herringbone 1860 and love how it looks and feels now it’s laid. Still decorating our new build home but this forms a base that will look great with any interior choices we make in the future. We also had a pretty major dishwasher flood and the floor survived perfectly and looks as good as new.

We just had Wheatland by Firmfit XXL placed in our new construction home. I was going for a wide plank and warmth and got both. Our floor installer raved about how easy this floor was to lay and that its such great quality. We are really happy that we chose Firmfit Floors.

I opted for the rigid core herringbone and I am so pleased with my choice. The floor looks stunning. It’s really durable and comfortable to walk on and I just love the rich look it gives. Such a seamless quality flooring in a gorgeous colour. I knew I didn’t want the standard colours and was pleased firmfit had a range of colour choices. Really happy, cannot recommend enough. Everyone that sees my flooring falls in love with it. Thank you firmfit
