With a background in architecture combined with years of experience in selling real estate, Tania understands what makes a historical or modern home sell, who the buyers are in the area and how to showcase a home's architectural features. I have seen Tania work with the owner when I have made home staging suggestions. She helped move things when she could, gave the owners ideas and gave them enough time to prepare their homes without over pressuring them. She has a really good 'eye' for the look she wants and is not afraid to help her clients achieve it. She is very professional, on time and works very hard with her clients.

Tania is a fabulous choice in real estate agent if you want to sell a property. She is hard working, thorough, organized and very knowledgable. She does all the work herself and you can be sure you will not be in the hands of a junior assistant. She is calm and clear headed and can find solutions to all sorts of problems that may sometimes occur. Being trained as an architect, she knows what it takes to make your property look its best.
