Sorry to hear that you are having an issue with you mattress. Comfort guarantees are offered through the manufacturer not the store. We have a strict store policy for our mattress department especially. 1) we do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise approved by the factory 2) we do not haul away old or used mattresses. This policy is in place to assure our customers that they are getting new mattresses and also to eliminate any threat of contaminating our trucks and facilities.
