I had a problem with a LaZyboy reclining chair locked in an intermediate position and it was going to take a week or more for a someone to come for repairs. I was referred to Fibrenew and, upon describing the problem, the person to whom I spoke diagnosed the problem immediately and described how to fix it. Following his instructions, which took 2 minutes, the problem was resolved and an expensive service call and waiting period were eliminated. Many thanks!

Pat arrived at our home, and was pleasant, and very knowledgeable in his craft. He repaired our saggy cushion and a faulty electric recliner in no time. I would highly recommend Pat to all who need fast and reasonable service.

My Lexus had a small rip on the armrest of the driver side door.. 1 1/2 hours with Ken, and he had it looking good as new. Very friendly service and a very professional job, what else is there to say. Thanks!

Al was great, came to our home and fixed the cut on the front seat of my RS5. It is completely fixed you would never know that there was a cut in the leather.
