I have worked with FG Schaub Custom Homes on multiple occasions... from clients building their dream home to selling them lots. They have always been professional and build an impeccable home. I will continue to recommend them to any clients looking to build a custom home.

Worst company ever and currently have an on-going lawsuit. Now they are just passing the blame to their hired sub-contractors and washing their hands of the responsibility even though they are the main builder. Don't ever hire this builder or buy a home from this builder. Defective homes, cheap materials and cheap labor. They have no control on who is doing the work for them. The owner Fred Schaub is the worst. He comes and visits the property and records some odd videos saying, this is great and in reality, it is not. False advertising.

Our experience with working with FG Schaub Custom Homes has been excellent. Even after our move into our new home they were prompt at returning our calls about anything and making sure everything is perfect.

The team at FGS have an inclusive approach and strong grasp of industry concept, knowledge, and design. I enjoy driving by their homes in Winter Park and knowing we had the privilege to be apart of that design.

We consider Arlington the best custom home builder in Central Florida. They are with you every step of the way and continually follow up during the warranty period to ensure all is well. Arlington Homes built my house for my husband and I over 11 years ago. Today when you enter into our home it is as beautiful as the day it was built. The quality of the craftsmanship and the products used were superior and has stood the test of time. Eleven years later and I can still call Arlington for a service call and they are always there with a smile. I would highly encourage anyone that wants to build a custom home to call and make an appointment. I recommend them to everyone.
