Awful customer service. All of my items that I ordered were wrong and NO ONE will call you back. I spent over 20K and they don’t care and will not fix the issues. I would not shop here again.

I ordered faucets online and thought everything was fine. After a few days I was looking at my credit statement online and noticed the order was pending as there was no reason for this. I called to ask. My order had been rejected they had no reason for this that they would say. My credit is excellent. The thing is they never even let me know that the order wasn't coming. I would have been waiting for weeks. That is unacceptable. Businesses should be responsible and do their job. This incompetence has become an epidemic in this country. I learned in business one unhappy customer costs a business at least a hundred more. Trust me I have told everyone I know about this.

I visited the Ferguson showroom in Lakewood on Saturday, October 24th, and was assisted by Aaron Smith. I was looking to match an accessory to a pink Crane toilet and my plumber suggested trying Ferguson. My thanks to Aaron who took the time to help me pour through several color charts hoping to find a match. I settled on what looked like the right color and found it was in stock. Aaron told me I would receive my order on Tuesday following. True to his word, it arrived on Tuesday and I held my breath as I opened the package hoping to find a match. Thank God it was PERFECT. Bless you Aaron.

Winter 2020 Went into Ferguson's, Fairfield NJ (formerly Karl's with a bad reputation) just to look. Ended up purchasing all of my kitchen appliances for a remodel either from the back room or floor models. NB - I'm a semi-pro chef. Mr. Tyrone Pemberton was patient and not pushing the high ticket items vs. floor models, etc. He did suggest coverage for my appliances and I agreed to 5 yr. ins. for them all. This proved very useful for the subsequent couple of items the range needed and for a refrigerator ice maker repair. Ferguson's customer care was very helpful. I didn't mind waiting a bit for the parts because in the end I saved quite a bit of money and 1 year later just love my purchases.

Actually really knowledgeable resalable staff that actually takes care of business. Best show room I have been in in 40 years as a designer builder.

We went to Ferguson's at the recommendation of our contractor. We were greeted by William Ward. This is the guy to ask for. He was so friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable in faucets, sinks and appliances. I wanted a short apron farm sink. It was difficult to find available anywhere, but William found it. Don't be intimidated when you walk in and think you can't afford anything there. Prices are reasonable and they will mark down items that they are able to. I would highly recommend checking out Ferguson's!

I have to agree with the negative reviews- similar to other showrooms in Tampa, Fergusons clearly targets high end customers and builders while ignorant of who may be a high end customer in disguise, lol. I needed a laundry faucet that was less than $100, and was treated like the maid sent in, and ignored for the most part as I browsed for items for my upcoming renovation project for my home in Beach Park. I also bought a faucet for bathroom because it was on clearance and beautiful but by the time I used it and the sprayer didn't work I was out of luck. No support or help, even through it was originally a $700 faucet- so caveat emptor.

Could Not Be More Pleased ... with the products that the fabulous Angie Farmer helped us select for our kitchen renovation. She took the time, and had the patience, to guide us to exactly the right “finishing touches” for our project. Especially love the pendant lighting !! We will definitely return in the future - and ask for Angie !!

Terrible service. My experience was very different than that of the builders and decorators reviews. Perhaps they get preferential treatment, unlike the general public. We spent over $50K on appliances when building our new home. Sales staff happy to close the deal, but service is another story when brand new appliances fail to work. It seems to be the mission of the Customer Service representatives to find fault with the customer or installer rather than help to remedy the situation and do the right thing. We kept getting turfed from our sales rep to an unknown Customer Service person when our complaints regarding brand new defective appliances went unanswered. Instead of taking responsibility for conducting an investigation and speaking to the various individuals involved, Ferguson's instead insisted we the homeowner and buyer provide all the footwork. For the few dollars worth of service we have fought for or been denied, we do not intend to utilize Ferguson's again nor will we recommend them to others.

Very professional service and nice customer service, we definitely recommended them to friends and any of our future clients for remodeling projects.

Last month we scheduled an appointment with an associate for a major home remodel. We spent about two hours with him going over items for kitchen and bathrooms. Seemed a little disinterested but ok. Said he would have proposal and bid for us in a few days. We never heard from him and have purchased our items elsewhere. This has been a $100k remodel. Used them several years ago for master bath remodel and service was awesome.
