We were referred to Steve Fenwick of Fenwick Architects by a long time friend and fellow real estate professional to design our new coastal home in Ocean City NJ. From the initial meeting we could tell that Steve and his colleague, Kevin Olandt would be perfect for us to work with on our project. They are both laid back and friendly, no big attitudes or prima donna attitudes, just fun and thoughtful. The firm is proficient in quality coastal design and materials. Both Kevin and Steve welcomed our ideas and input and even our changes, rather atypical of the trade. We found them easy to work with and very thoughtful in the design. Steve and team were able to bring our vision and ideas for styling, with their guidance to life in the construction of our coastal home.
