What can I say! Absolutely first class!! As first time renovators, from the moment we met Steve he put our minds at ease. His honesty and openness, not to mention complete professionalism, made our building experience extremely positive. Despite the very challenging environment that Steve and the team were working in due to Covid, their level of service and communication was excellent. Steve and the team did an amazing job. Steve has a very open style and we appreciated that he didn’t come to us with problems, but solutions. Because of this I felt I could ask all my novice renovator questions. He led us through the whole process step by step which meant we didn’t feel under pressure to make decisions as everything was well thought out and planned. Now that we are finished, I couldn’t imagine having used any other builder. Steve and his team of carpenters, in-house designer, as well as all of his trades were first class, not to mention just really great guys to have onsite. A very special shout out to Deborah and Emily as well for all the time they spent in sourcing products for us and answering my lengthy queries and questions and assisting with any design changes along the way. It was such a pleasure to deal with these ladies and their level of communication and professionalism is second to none. We will always think fondly of our building experience and can’t speak highly enough of the whole FenRen team.

What a great team from start to finish. Excellent planning process with our ideas welcomed and enhanced with professional advice from Emily. The whole crew on site worked hard throughout the project to deliver our dream house. So happy with our finished product and love our home. Don't think we will ever move. Communication was great with everyone aware of what was happening when and how. We highly recommend Steve and the FenRen team.

We had mainly interior and exterior designing and minor works within the house. We are very happy with the outcome. Steve works in a timely manner and always takes your call regarding any issues. Any issues were always resolved. We are particularly happy with the interior and exterior designing with Emily. She saved us alot of time in making the decisions regarding carpet, flooring, painting scheme etc and accommodated for our budget.

We had a few upgrades/improvements we had put off for a while. Spoke to a few builders but settled on FenRen and they were great. They took care of everything from the design work, the building work of course, managing other services and the final wrap-up. Easy to deal with, timely, responsive and great builders!

We engaged Fenren to design, install and complete our in-home Granny flat project. We are delighted with the result. The team at FenRen were professional, knowledgable and delivered a quality product that met our budget and deadline. Would highly recommend them.

Steve’s eye for detail was great. He helped transfer architect plans into great finishes. We are really happy with our extension and it has given us the living space and room we always wanted.
