Felicity did a great job staging our home for sale recently. I used her off the basis of the Houzz recommendations and she did not disappoint. It was during COVID, so we were really nervous about potentially being let down. Felicity never missed a deadline, she delivered on time every time. My wife and I took on Felicity from Visual Style on the recommendation of Morrison Kleeman, the estate agents handling our house sale in Yallambie. So she came around and did a full appraisal, recommending exactly what furniture, pictures, etc, we had to get rid of, what to keep, what to move, and what she could arrange to have brought in. She was relaxed and casual in her manner but utterly professional in her outlook and advice. Later, the furniture, cushions, pictures, books, plants (and the rest!) were brought in while we went out for nearly three hours. We couldn't believe the transformation of our house. It was awesome. According to the agents, many viewers commented on our outstanding presentation, and we know that greatly contributed to our early sale. Despite the supposedly 'down market' we sold our house 11 days early on Tuesday 2/10/18 by negotiation and competitive bid. The auction was to be this Saturday - all off now! We ended getting $30,000 to $40,000 above the known market value, and are just over the moon. Even though my wife and I worked hard in presenting the house well, Felicity's work gave it that 'Wow' factor that we know actually sold the property. We can't recommend her highly enough.
