Compramos este apartamento em Bal Harbour no edifício Oceana, mas antes de adquirirmos este apartamento, visitamos vários apartamento na região de Miami North, Sul, centro, Key Byscane, etc. uma coisa ficou claro neste momento quando da visita a um apartamento em Key Bricoll. um apartamento maravilhoso, perguntamos ao agente de venda, quem fez esta decoração, nos respondeu que foi o Sr Federico Teran. assim não tivemos duvida, quem ira fazer todo o trabalho de design em meu novo apartamento, Federico, o nosso apratmento ficou exatamente como queríamos LINDO!!!!

When I met Fede he said, why live simple when you can live fantastic? A quote that resonated with me in so many ways. After looking at some of his projects, I decided I needed to live fantastic. So we began working with Fede and his vision tranformed my living space into a home. I absolutely love my home as it is modern, comfortable, and unique. I will always be grateful to Fede and his team for having done a fabulous job!

Working with Design and Architecture firms can be very tricky at times but on every project that we have been involved in has been a truly fascinating experience . We had just purchased a new waterfront apartment in NYC. We spend winter's in Florida and needed to get our apt. designed and furnished quickly so we decided to hire a designer in Miami. When we met w Fede there was an instant connection. He made us feel very comfortable, his taste level and knowledge of our plans was amazing considering he never even saw our apt. Our apt came out amazing and I would highly recommend Fede and his team.

This is the second time we worked with FedeDesign. In this opportunity we bought a house and we hired them to renovate it and the results were excellent. Federico and FedeDesign worked very hard to make it special and put our personal touch in every space. It is modern and cozy. It's always great to work with them, very professional team and we recommend them.
