Great customer service and very experienced installers. Everything went on schedule with no problems. I would definitely recommend using FCI for any project. Planning on future project next year and definitely will hire FCI for that.

We recently used Floor Coverings International to replace carpeting in our home. It was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Robert was very helpful when he came out the first day to walk us through the process and to take measurements. Dave and his crew did a great job as well. Michelle kept us updated and informed. Michelle let us know when the carpet was ordered and when it was to be installed. The installation of the carpet went well. They were very professional and cleaned up the areas very nicely. It was a pleasure working with this company and all their workers. We will definitely be using their services again!

I don't have enough nice things to say about Floor Coverings International of Waukesha. From the minute I called them to request a quote, to the minute I walked into my condo and saw my gorgeous new floors, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond other companies, with their traveling showroom they bring the samples to you and you don't have to make a special trip to their showroom. They also move the furniture for you, which is HUGE! I wish all companies were as great as this. No worries, no hassle, excellent work. Extremely responsive for any questions I had and they were always right on time. This was effortless on my part. I simply gave them my key, left for a few days, and walked into a spectacular new home! NO dust - everything was perfect and spotless when I came back for the final walkthrough. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Waukesha, WI I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this franchise of Floor Coverings International. From the moment Matt (the owner) answered their phone to the moment Michelle just left they have been nothing but professional and a pleasure to work with. As I am in a wheelchair I needed to have the floors redone in my entire apartment. Once they set a time and date for the appointment they actually showed up when they were supposed to, unlike several other companies I tried to get out here to quote my job. Once Robert came out and we talked more about what I was looking for he went down to his van and brought back multiple samples of the products we had spoken about. In this case carpeting in the bedrooms and vinyl plank with a hardwood look finish everywhere else. After looking at colors we didn't really see anything that I liked, so once again he went back down to his van and brought up more samples. We finally settled on the carpet and flooring that I wanted a bid for. He then used his high tech measuring gadget, which was good as I have some quirky walls, to measure everything out. By the time he left the parking lot (10 minutes later) I had a firm quote in my e-mail from him. This is unlike some of the larger companies who if I could get to come see me I couldn't get a quote from them because they were "to busy". To shorten this up they came and put in the flooring and did a marvelous job. Their workers were courteous, showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Both Michelle, the project manager and Robert their sales person were here every day to check on progress and make sure I was being accommodated. Once again, I cannot stress how impressed I am with this company and all of their employees. If you live in the greater Milwaukee area do not hesitate to contact them and see what I mean.
