I contacted Waxman as a final resort to having to re-tile my entire shower area as Topps had discontinued my mosaic tiles. Nicola H. answered the phone and started a process of matching my tiles first by photo and then a posting a sample. Nothing was too much of a bother and with her manager's blessing, even posted the matched tiles out to me as a Christmas present. This is exemplary customer service, something that Waxman should be so proud of and one that I will always be grateful for. I will be shouting their praises to anyone who is looking for a top class tiling company.
