Falcon Design Build

We can't speak more highly about Falcon Design Build. The entire FDB team were all wonderful to work with. They helped plan an almost whole house renovation knowing that we would break it into two phase of work. We own a home built in the late 1920's, with very little changes since the 1960's, which can make things interesting. The result of phase I was a beautiful new kitchen, family room and mud room (Dropzone for phase II). Falcon and team were incredibly thoughtful with the designs, including how phase II will build upon Phase I. Falcon is very professional and respectful of things like budget, time and materials. We were presented with well thought through options for materials and designs. At the end of Phase I, we have been back in our home for over 9 months and are still incredibly happy with the beautiful renovation. The quality of the work really shows. We came in, on time and on budget and are counting the days that we are able to call Falcon to kick off Phase II.

My wife and I worked closely with the Falcon team to build a significant addition on to the back of our 2006-built custom home in Candler Park. The Falcon team was fantastic! They were very organized, excellent communicators, and brought a very high level of expertise and craftsmanship to the project. We could not have been happier with the results. I have absolutely no reservation about recommending their excellent work. One day we are going to have them build an entire house for us!

I have used this company for a large job. I built a tiny house including a garage in my back yard. They were here for almost 9 months and I am continuing to employ them for the main house. I have done other renovations in the past but I can say without a doubt they are the best! Not only skilled in the design and building of the structure but excellent in consulting with me and preplanning as the project went forward. The quality of the structure is extraordinary and everyone who visits says that to me. I cannot imagine a more dedicated team of workers. When they knew that my daughter was moving in on a Friday, they were vacuuming and cleaning at 11:00 on the previous Wednesday. Three men. I recommend them without question.

We are so pleased with our addition/renovation from Falcon Design Build! They were trustworthy, good communicators and super easy to work with. We couldn't believe that our project finished on time and did not go over budget. The craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations and we absolutely love the finished project. We loved the work they did on our home so much that we hired them again to build out our office. 5 Stars!

We just completed a second story add-on to our mid-century ranch with Falcon Design Build. They were responsible for the project end-to-end from architectural design, to permitting to building. We initially chose Falcon Design Build because they showed more innovation and willingness to think outside the box than any other firm that we interviewed. They did not disappoint. Our home is beautiful and well thought out both inside and out. Enduring a renovation can be a stressful and financially draining process to say the least but the team at Falcon Design Build did their very best to mitigate undue costs and eased many stresses along the way. I would highly recommend Falcon Design Build for their innovation, detail of their craft and the ease of working with them.
