Fabian is an Award Winning Kitchen & Bath Designer with over 30 years of industry experience. His recent victories include: HBA's - Home Builders Association 2015 "Building Excellence Design Award", NARI's - National Association of the Remodeling Industry 2016 "Best in Category Kitchen Design Award", & the 2016 Chrysalis Award "Best in Category - Kitchen Design". Let's make YOUR dream home a reality..! Bio: Fabian Genovesi has nearly 30 years of experience in Design & Construction. Fabian's strongest attribute as a Design Consultant is seeing the potential in any given space. He has the ability to look far beyond the box and introduce his clients to possibilities they never imagined. Fabian's experience ranges from mid-sized projects to multi-million dollar projects, and he is versatile in his design in both traditional and contemporary styles. Prior to starting at Neil Kelly, Fabian studied Interior Design and the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles and continued his education at UCLA. Following his education Fabian worked as a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer at both Euro Concepts and Cooper Pacific Kitchens in the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles. Fabian's experience also includes owning a Design/Build Company specializing in residential remodeling and he was formerly a licensed general contractor in the state of California. While at the Pacific Design Center, Fabian developed a reputation for polishing Architectural Plans and re-working spaces. He was often consulted by clients and colleagues prior to construction for his abilities in Space Planning. Since moving to Portland in 2008 Fabian has worked as a Freelance Designer until joining the Neil Kelly family in 2013

Fabian was the designer for our kitchen remodel. He was patient and listened to what we wanted. He made it very easy to decide on colors, appliances, tile and flooring. The choices can be overwhelming. He was great to work with and followed up when he said he would. It was a pleasure working with him and his whole team on our project. We are so pleased with the results of our remodel. I would highly recommend working with Fabian.

I have spent the past 6 months with Fabian working on a major remodel for my 1930's home, and I am beyond amazed at the finished product. Fabian's creativity and attention to detail at every step has kept my home in character and made every room beyond beautiful. He came up with ideas that I had never thought of, but yet listened to my preferences and bought a dream alive. Fabian has a great sense of humor that makes working with him so enjoyable, and always makes time to answer questions. Fabian is amazing and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We recently finished a complete kitchen remodel in our home and are so pleased with the design. Fabian is an amazing designer and such a wonderful person to work with. He made the project so much fun. We very much appreciated his guidance about layout, materials, lighting, and finishes. We made some very bold design decisions than we would have not made on our own and are so glad we trusted his expertise. We have a kitchen we LOVE that we feel we would not have had if we had selected a contractor with no design experience. Do not enter into a big remodel without working with a designer. And, when selecting a designer, call Fabian at Neil Kelly!

We had an extensive remodel that included a master suite with full bath, painting, and new flooring; replacement of wall to wall carpet with hardwood floors, kitchen remodel with replacement of countertops, flooring, some appliances, and lighting; and painting throughout. This involved temporarily moving out of the first floor of our home into a basement apartment, and took nearly three months to complete. I have undergone many renovation projects in the past, and this was the best experience by far. Fabian listened to our goals, incorporated them into creative and tasteful suggestions, used our time efficiently in making design selections, and respected the aesthetic integrity of our home. The Project was completed on time and on budget, and issues that came up were addressed to our complete satisfaction.

Fabian was just great to work with. I really needed design help as well as color coordination. He kept me on track, pretty much on budget and was more than willing to schedule whatever time I needed to spend when it came time to pick colors and materials. All this and he also put up with my sometimes quirky sense of humor. Fabian is very knowledgeable not only in regard to products and materials, but also was very aware of deadlines and construction timing. When we ran over budget because of labor costs, he made every effort to tighten up the costs without sacrificing quality or design. It was truly a pleasure to work with Fabian. My husband and I just love our new kitchen!

We interviewed SO many people for our renovation but when Fabian listened to our plans he blew us away with ideas that we had never even considered. Our remodel is so much better than I ever could have imagined! Fabian's attention to detail, about details I would not have even considered, made our remodel into a space that elevates our whole home.

I can't say enough about Fabian. I went from a "vintage" 1947 kitchen with a terrible layout to a beautiful, well designed and functional kitchen. This was a major renovation. We removed walls, widows and a chimney. The whole kitchen had to be gutted. Fabian came up with an exceptional design, and took the time to help me pick out tile, countertops, lighting, flooring, paint colors, everything down to the last detail The end result was phenomenal. Our 1947 house was overdue for a kitchen remodel. Fabian's design turned it into a place that is a It is a pleasure to cook in, entertain and just spend time. His attention to detail enabled the construction crews to create what we had dreamed of. Everyone who sees it is blown away. We feel very lucky, the entire Neil Kelly team was a pleasure to work with.

Fabian designed my kitchen this fall and it is beautiful! Our house was built in 1980 and is quite small - the kitchen was a postage stamp and Fabian was able to turn the space into an incredibly functional and beautiful kitchen. He added a bay window which provides much needed light - incredible storage space and even an island for our cooktop! I never believed we could have so much space and convenience. He helped me pick out all the cabinets, countertops, appliances and hardware - the kitchen is amazing - beautiful and functional. We will definitely use Fabian for any additional remodels of our home - Thank you Fabian!!

My wife Leslie and I wanted to work with a design/build firm because although we had a very clear vision of the way we wanted to use the space, we weren't confident that we could design the space. We needed guidance and we needed to be coaxed into thinking outside of our comfort zone. Fabian was the right match for us. He gained our trust through hard work and very creative design solutions - from grand vision down to the smallest details. This was a kitchen remodel/expansion. The result is magnificent. It is beautiful and functional. The build phase of the project was managed by Tony Sage, and he is also excellent. The project was finished on time and on budget. If there is a "Phase 2" project we will definitely return to Neil Kelly and ask for Fabian and Tony.

Fabian brought amazing vision and practicality to our kitchen remodel, and was simply fantastic to work with! Our home is very old (1896) and our kitchen had previously been poorly remodeled (1990's). Fabian took what was an awkward and poorly laid out space and opened it up nicely and made it beautiful and functional. The result is a modern kitchen that still looks and feels like it "fits" in an old house. His communication throughout the process was great, and he listened carefully to what was most important to use and worked closely with us to tweak the design and finishes until we were 100% happy with the plan. He also helped us make small adjustments that made a large project more affordable. Fabian has fabulous kitchen design expertise and attention to detail that made the final design very comfortable to live and work in. The construction process with Neil Kelly was smooth and swift! Highly, highly recommend.

コメント：who make the counter stoolsUnfortunately, I do not know who manufactured the stools. The homeowner already had them prior to the remodel. Some of our selections were based on her existing furniture color pallet.
