I have been in Real Estate since 2004 and was in interior design prior to that. It made perfect sense for me to transition into Staging. Expert Staging and ReDesign started in 2013 out of necessity. My husband and I were flipping houses and could not find a home stager in our area. My experience in Design and Real Estate combined gives me an advantage by knowing what is important to Buyers. Working in the Real Estate industry trying to produce quality marketing for properties led to the realization that the market in Central Florida was lacking an experienced staging team to help home owners create visual appeal in their homes for prospective buyers. Angela has done an excellent job of staging our homes. She has a great sense of the design style to fit the room/house well. We have used her services to stage three homes to date and have been very happy with the result. On one of these projects we made late decision, called her and she had the house beautifully staged within a week. (And we got multiple offers the first two days and sold for several thousand above asking price). We wouldn't hesitate to ask her to stage our future rehab projects!

Angela was referred to me by my realtor. Prior to enlisting her services I had my house cleared out. Angela showed up promptly to do an evaluation of the property and made several observations which which helped me prepare the staging of the property. Angela gave me continuous feedback and was very good at working with me to see what my concerns were and to provide the best service catered to my particular needs work. She was extremely prompt and stuck to the exact timeline which you promised. The decoration was done within 2 day and looked fabulous it made the house look completely different and an extreme upgrade. I thought her prices were very fair reasonable and well worth what I paid her. I would recommend her services to anyone and she is easily worth the five star rating which I'm giving her

Angi did a great job staging my clients home. It was on the market for almost 6 months. I hired Angie and she recommended some tweaks to my clients, I got new professional photos and their home sold within 2 weeks! The total costs to the seller was around $1200. Would highly recommend!

Angie has done a very thorough job in evaluating several clients homes for me in the past and her advice was instrumental in getting things done in my listings to make them more saleable. One home in particular was listed for several months with no offers. I recommended the sellers replace the kitchen counters with granite since the first day of the listing. Some times it takes the advice of an expert to make sellers move. I hired Angie and she came in and made that recommendation as well as a few others the sellers took. When the upgrades were complete we had an almost full price offer in a week.

Highlights while using this service are great communication, home was staged with great attention to detail and highlighted all of the homes positive attributes.
