We don't rush to design for billable hours. We start with a 100+ point due diligence phase to ensure that your vision is both achievable in construction and approvable with the municipality. Our process ensures that any redesign is only a function of our Client's changing needs or desires and not as a result of municipal denials or construction overreach. Everitt Kang, founder and principal of architeyk, received his Bachelors and Masters of Architecture and his MBA from the University of Illinois and is licensed to practice architecture in eight states. Throughout his over 20 years of experience, Everitt has held Vice President of Architecture positions at top national builders, including the nation's top builder. He has also held Vice President and Principal positions at architectural firms. With each opportunity, Everitt has elevated architectural design and practice by combining his design artistry with his operational acumen.
