Mehran, fix my floor under your 'life time warranty'. People, stay away! Mehran is a great sales guy, but once it comes to warranty issues, just forget about it. New buyers keep in mind, you will need to buy material, glue, installation services and of cause sub leveling services for your new floor with Mehran, else you will not be eligible for the warranty (you will pay a lot of extra for these services, if you really like the material, just buy it and let your contractor do the rest. DO NOT hire Mehran and Ryan to do the install). I did all and now Mehran is refusing to perform the repair of multiple squeaks of sub floor and hardwood. In general, well over priced store and no 'out of the door' service. Ex-client, hope you will add same comments as I did about installation and warranty

Ryan, khoung, and Kerwin were exceptional at their jobs installing our beautiful hardwood. They worked overtime to finish the work ahead of schedule. The workmanship was amazing and I am extremely pleased. European flooring should be very pleased to have them employed there. I can’t thank you enough guys!

Nice and clean materials. On time and very Precise installers. Totally Great job. A bit pricey materials but really recommended for luxurious projects.

Our experience with European Flooring was superb from start to finish. When we visited the showroom we were shown a pale, contemporary-looking ash product available in long, wide, square-edge, oil-finished planks -- perfect for the main floor of our lakefront new-build, and exactly what we'd hoped to find. From that point everything was seamlessly coordinated with attentive service and efficiency. The end result is stunning. Beautiful product; excellent supplier. We couldn't be more pleased.

We were fortunate to find European Flooring after our first choice (a different manufacturer) of engineered hardwood didn't meet our expectations. We chose Grigia Sabbia and we couldn't be happier. This is a quality product, nice wide planks, and available custom matching flush mount grill air vents and stair nosings. The grain pattern, color, look and feel of the product is superb. The people at European helped navigate through their products to enable us make our decision. Our contractor installed, and European's technicians did the hand oiled finish. It looks great. European Flooring provided great customer service, the product was ready on time, and when we needed more pieces, no problem. This flooring was just one part of the entire project, but it gets a lot of attention when people see it. We will use them again with our next renovation project.

European Flooring has one of the best selections of premier hardwood flooring in the city. Mehran, the owner, is very knowledgeable and passionate about his product. We decided to use European Flooring for our entire home renovation. The project was seamless from start to finish. The professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the project manager, Ryan and his team, was impressive. The flooring was delivered and installed on the dates promised. Both professional and courteous, Mehran and Sandra were a pleasure to deal with at European Flooring. We were looking for a high quality luxury vinyl that would bring value to our home in Toronto and be good for pets and they did not disappoint. The quality luxury vinyl we selected cost a premium but was a vastly superior product to comparables out there. Even our contractors were impressed with the quality and ease of installation. We have used European Flooring in both our personal home as well as in our developments. Their service is outstanding as well as their knowledge base for products/installation/warranty. Our current flooring is over 12 years old and has held up beautifully. Although no major issues, small wear and tear issues were accommodated immediately and with wonderful personal care. Highly recommend for product choice, knowledge and customer service. You get what you pay for.

We purchased our flooring from them and could not have been anymore satisfied. The level of their costumer service is extraordinary. We visited the showroom on a Saturday and met with the owner of the company. He made sure that we pick the right color and type of flooring that would be perfect for our house. The whole process was very organized and we received the flooring and other products on time. Their attention to details is amazing and very helpful for people like us who are doing renovation for the first time. They provided us with the matching stain for the stairs and custom-made floor AC registers that made the overall result very beautiful and satisfying. I believe with the money we paid we got excellent service and product and would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Although I was initially frustrated at the length of time to procure the flooring material, the owner Mehran and sales guy Stan assured me that it would be worth the wait and it sure was..the floor looks great and promises to age beautifully with very little maintenance. It is the perfect Traditional/contemporary mix which accents the decor of my home perfectly. We wanted a specific look and design so we decided on a custom hardwood floor. If you want custom or specific pattern wood flooring then you should visit European flooring. You will be impressed with the Verona Floors hardwood flooring line they carry and custom Chevron wood floor design that really worked well for our décor. The Extensive selection of engineered flooring allowed us to get what we wanted and are really happy with our special finished floor. There was a lead time for the custom chevron plank flooring we selected but the floor is outstanding in look and finish. I recommend this company for true European made chevron flooring.
