Etched in Stone is the perfect place for all your tile needs. Rachel from Etched in Stone helped me pick out the perfect accent tile for my bathroom. She showed me dozens of different designs and layouts, and was very patient until we found the best one.

I love working with Etched In Stone! Both Rachel and Kevin are fantastic, and are looking to please the customer. I've worked with Rachel on two separate floor tile projects and both times I've walked away extremely happy. Rachel and I looked through a lot of different tile and grout options on each occasion and I was also able to take a few pieces of the tile home for a few days so I could make a final decision. Ordering was easy and Rachel kept me informed along the way to know when my tiles would be delivered - even offering to store them for me until I could have them installed. Etched In Stone is a great group to work with! They are a smaller store, so you might have to wait a few minutes for Rachel or Kevin to assist you, but I promise it's worth the wait! Their eye to design and knowledge of all of their materials/products is astounding. You're also going to pay a bit more for the product than you will at a big box store, but you're also paying for the tile quality, endless tile options, knowledge and design help. I can't wait for my next project to use Etched In Stone again!

Etched in Stone was the perfect place to get the tile for our new bathroom. Rachel was so knowledgable about the tile and all the sizes we would need. She ordered samples for us, helped us with coordinating tiles, and the customer service just can't be found elsewhere. Not to mention the porcelain floors we chose are beautiful!

Rachel was great with helping me decide on materials and the layout of our project. She was easy to reach when I needed her and she was very accurate in her tile estimate; we had very few extra tiles. The store has a wide variety of tile to choose from. We will definitely use them again!

Kitchens and Baths Unlimited did our kitchen and they sent me over to Etched in Stone to select something for our backsplash. Rachael was SO helpful with us. I showed her a picture of the areas and I brought the other materials in the room. She gave us a variety of options after listening to our thoughts. The final product turned out so beautiful We are so happy. I have since talked about stone and tile to a few friends who are also doing remodels and we have discussed how great the people are who helped us. When we finally got around to sharing names with each other - they all turned out to be Rachael with Etched in Stone. What a great place and a great designer!

I had been looking for the perfect tile for the remodeling of my master bathroom for a couple of months when I was recommended Etched in Stone from Stonecutters, who had done the stone for my kitchen nine years earlier. Right from the start they were a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain everything to me, with no pressure, letting me make my own decisions. They gave me samples to bring home and never pressured me to return them when it took longer than I thought it might to make a decision. All through the process they were willing to work with me. When I had to reschedule the installation a couple of times they were very understanding and when we finally did get a date, it started on time and ended just when they told me it would. Their installer did a first rate job, working very long hours until it was done to my specifications. I couldn't be more pleased.

The demolition and installation crews, led by Kevin, are also top-notch ... on-time, friendly, great attention to detail. After having used Etched in Stone with great satisfaction for my kitchen back splash, I went back to them for my next two project.s Rachel at Etched In Stone helped me in numerous ways throughout the renovation of a guest bath and a master bath in my home. As with most renovations, there are details to be worked out and Rachel was a master at doing that. In addition, she was full of great design suggestions and ideas.
