We recently wrapped up a home renovation project with Josh Zielke Homes that included our kitchen, wet bar, 3 bathrooms, and an interior paint job of the entire house. We were very happy with the work that Josh did for us, but even more impressive was how he did it. One of Josh’s biggest strengths is how considerate he is of his clients while they are still living in the home during a remodel. We encountered very few typical “growing pains “of home renovations because Josh went above and beyond to find creative ways to make us feel as comfortable as possible during the whole process. Furthermore, he communicated what would happen during each phase of the process clearly. Questions were always met with very prompt answers. His attention to detail is really impressive. For example, by recommending that we paint certain trim areas of the house that we hadn’t planned on initially painting, he dramatically improved the interior appearance of our house. It was a simple cost-effective solution that gave the whole house a major facelift. He’s really good at pinpointing areas where money can be saved along the way. He’s also honest when more money needs to be spent to achieve desired results; while also being respectful of resources and budgets. As with any remodel job, we experienced a challenge or two, but Josh was always on top of them and tackled them promptly and effectively. All in all, we were very happy with Josh Zielke Homes. We were impressed with Josh’s extensive knowledge, outside the box creativity, rapidness in response time, and the quality of work his teams deliver. We’ll be using him again for any future home projects.

I've done 4 previous large renovation projects and Josh is by the far the best! When this project began we discussed the vision, budget, and expected completion date. He highlighted the areas of construction that would be "unknown" until after demo and what those may be. He offered suggestions along the way and immediately pointed out any areas where we may need to spend extra or save along the way. I was kept up to date with the progress, but never overwhelmed or that I was having to "make all the decisions" We had an original budget of over $208,000 and a 4 month timeframe. We came within $900 dollars of our projection and just finished the project in just under 4 1/2 months. This is not to say we didn't have challenges, but Josh kept us on track and moving forward. Probably the best service and satisfaction I've experienced in any industry!

Josh was a great contractor to work with on our investment property remodel. He was detailed and spot on with the budgeted costs. Josh is professional and knowledgeable in his field. I hope to have another opportunity to work with Josh in the future.

Can't say enough about how wonderful Josh and his team were during our home remodel! We purchased a home that needed a lot of layout remodeling and updating. His creativity resulted in our home turning out even better than I had imagined. All of the additional details that he added truly turned our home into a masterpiece.
