We had our roof repaired on our condos. This team was amazing. They were super efficient , professional and every day they left they cleaned up immaculately. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Elliott Roofing at several homes through the years before moving to a small condo association 9 years ago. I immediately recommended Elliott to the Board & they quickly became our roofer & have provided us with excellent work & service through the years. Recently we learned that the entire complex (10 condos) needed an entire new roof. When the insurance company balked, Elliott Roofing stepped in to assist us through the entire process. They are an excellent company & their employees stood by their word throughout the entire process, including coming out to the HOA meeting & explaining everything in detail. The roofers that came out to do the work were wonderful & there was minimal inconvenience. They also cleaned up the parking lots very well. All in all, it all went very smoothly. I would certainly recommend this company for your roofing needs. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, & dependable!

After several bids from other Roofing companies, we decided to use Elliott. They were so professional and made sure we understood every step of the process. Since we were expecting a change in the weather they brought two crews and completed the job within 12 hours on one day. This included new decking, among all the other components of a new roof. Each person was dedicated to doing the best quality job and it shows. They came back the following day to inspect the work and examine the property to ensure they had cleaned meticulously. Michael Sorvig, the sales representative was especially professional, honest, and patient and explained every step of the process. He is an outstanding communicator. Drew, the general manager was very helpful and on top of everything through the entire process, and kept us informed. Raul, is one of their field supervisors and when we told him we needed special treatment for a couple of parts of our roof, he personally handled those parts, and reexamined the entire roof for us. We could not be more impressed with their work and their customer service. We highly recommend Elliott Roofing.

In a few blinks of the eye (30 seconds), golf ball hail destroyed my roof in west Yukon. THE GOOD: Many years ago, Elliott Roofing ran radio ads with a celebrity voice impersonator (Sam Elliott, if memory serves). I started doing what you're doing now - reading reviews. You won't find many bad ones for this company. Call your adjuster and then call Bryan to get the ball rolling. THE BAD: Then do yourself a favor and make certain you have the words LAW & ORDINANCE on your insurance policy just in case you have unexpected code updates in your community. That will cover things like required decking in cases of where builders instead used uneven wood boards resulting in periodic 3/4" gaps. I appreciate that the crew worked half of the roof the first day (shingle demo, new deck and new shingles required 2 full days labor). This was important, because there was a small chance of rain. THE UGLY: new roofs are not cheap. I paid less for a new car, but they are a necessary evil, and you want the right roofer. The job was done well. I am pleased with the synthetic underlayment, drip-edge flashing and the classy look of the lifetime shingles. Nice job on the clean-up as well. Give them a call, and tell them Sam Elliott sent you!

This was our second roof by Elliott Roofing. The first was on a previous home about 20 years ago. When the hail hit this past spring, we knew who to call! Alexi was quick to get the initial process done, including documents for our insurance company, and very patient as I decided on the color! LOL! He was on vacation during the actual roofing, so Matt took over and was awesome with quick responses to my questions during the process. The workers worked extremely hard in the 100 degree heat and the site was left very clean. We appreciate the professionalism and craftsmanship of this company!

We contacted Elliott Roofing while trying to sell my daughter’s house. The home inspection report had indicated several possible problems. David Bussey came out the same day, inspected the roof, and gave us a report that stated the roof was fine. I would trust this company to do any future work we need!

I can’t say enough positive things about Elliott Roofing and Jason Martin, who helped us through the process. My mom and I both recently had new roofs put on and we are so glad we went with Elliott. I received 5 roofing bids and their bid was competitive in pricing, but we still feel like we receiving high quality roofing and service. Jason went above and beyond assisting us with anything we needed. Jason was informative and patient with us through our whole experience. I just had Elliott Roofing put a new roof on our house in Arlington, Texas. I chose the recommended Owens-Corning Impact-Resistant shingles (which were also approved by my insurance company to qualify for a significant discount on our homeowners insurance). I also am pleased with the solar roof fan that they installed, in place of the old "whirlybirds" that were on my roof(and the 30% Federal Energy Tax credit was a plus). The communication between Jason, my salesman, and me was very professional and timely-informative, from the quote process to the final inspection. The roofing crew was friendly and did a first-class job and communicated with us from start to finish. The end result is what matters and the detail of the finished roof had the appearance of someone who took the time to get it done right...I had no complaints at all. I told my salesman that we had just had a new roof just put on about 2 years ago, due to wind damage. Unfortunately, we had a hail storm that damaged our roof after that, thus requiring the new roof that Elliott just installed. Two years ago we contracted with a "premier" roofing company in the DFW area(L.. S.... Roofing Co.) to fix our roof. They did an "adequate appearing " job to a layman like me , however during the recent Elliott job, it was apparent that L.. S.... Roofing had left a rusty, deteriorated metal flashing in a runoff area and covered it up with new shingles, rather than replace it. That company also left a rusty piece of angle-iron at the base of my brick chimney to serve as a water diverter(rather than replacing it with a new water diverting mechanism that was required by the Texas Building Code). This had later contributed to a water leak inside the house. The Elliott salesman told me that Texas Code requires that a "Cricket Diverter" be installed on wider chimneys like mine. The previous roofer had left my roof out of Code compliance. Fortunately, Elliott caught their previous installation error and communicated with my insurance company and arranged to get approval for extra monies to pay for the necessary "fix", to bring my roof into code-compliance, at no additional cost to me. I say all of this to emphasize that Elliott Roofing has proven itself to be a very experienced roofing company and will install an expertly finished roof, deserving of 5 stars.
