Beth and her team were great with everything, and I'm so pleased with the results. I started out with an upstairs bathroom renovation but liked their approach and design recommendations so much I ended up expanding my renovation and redecorating my entire upstairs with them. My daughter has allergies and EMI went above and beyond to accommodate her needs, arranging for the carpet removal while we were away and having it done the day we left so any allergens in the air had the maximum time to settle before we returned. They were also very cost conscious, and stayed within budget and advised me when I was going over our planned budget a couple of times to make sure I was ok with that. My original contractor cancelled on me at the last minute, and Beth helped me find another contractor who did quality work. The materials they sourced for me at lower prices than I had found them also helped pay for the design work. The time they saved me by putting samples of everything together for me to choose from was very helpful, They also met me at a store to pick out some items. The attention to detail they paid to every choice was much more than I ever would have, and everything looks much better because of it. Great job and great team!

The team at Elizabeth Morris Interiors were exceptionally open to integrating our needs and desires into their final product. The most important thing is THEY LISTEN! The project management services were top-notch and the contractors were excellent. The final product fully met and/or exceeded our expectations. We just finished a home renovation with EMI (Elizabeth Morris Interiors). Elizabeth and her team were excellent to work with - they had great suggestions and designed and transformed a very dysfunctional (un-purposed) room into a beautiful classic media/family room. Elizabeth and her team were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They managed the sub-trade appointments and were flexible and accommodating to coodinate the work from start to finish. We completely transformed a room and front entrance. This Reno involved electrical, drywall (including a curve staircase), hardwood floor installation, paint and trim work. The workmanship was outstanding. We highly recommend EMI for home renovation and interior design. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Our new downsized space provided arrangement and decorating challenges that I had attempted unsuccessfully to sort out after moving in. Things just didn’t feel like they functioned well or were as aesthetically pleasing as I would have liked, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on how to improve things without scrapping everything we’d brought along in the move. Beth and her team came for a 1.5 hour design consultation. I was impressed with her ability to listen well, to hear my own functional and decorating frustrations, and to astutely zone in on ways to work with me (rather than overriding my own instincts and desires) and our eclectic assortment of furniture and accent pieces to transform our main floor living spaces. We worked together to move the area rug from dining room to living room and used it to anchor rearranged furniture pieces. Beth and colleagues were invaluable in recommending pillow colours and window treatments, confirming wall and trim colours, as well as placing artwork and various family heirlooms in such a way that my spirit is so much more settled and delighted to live in this new space. I would recommend Beth in a heartbeat for anyone seeking similar advice.

We felt totally taken advantage of & would not recommend Beth unless you know exactly what you want and are willing to pay a lot more than the "going" rate. We were presented lesser quality materials & overpriced contractors. We were strung along then let down & Beth was unwilling to work with us. Buyer beware!

The EMI team has been just lovely to work with. Always up for a challenge and not willing to give up until the solution works. Our final product is even better then we could have hoped for. Everyday we enjoy the renovation & their on site help kept us away from any stress.

Beth’s Team managed my renovation in a very professional manner. The design choices were excellent and complemented the overall design scheme. Her excellent project management skills kept the project on track despite unforeseen setbacks. Her team enforced a high degree of rigour and discipline on the general contractor. The project scope was maintained on a current basis by means of change orders to the original detailed scope of work. Beth was instrumental in helping select items contained in the homeowner’s scope ranging from kitchen cabinets, light fixtures and window dressings. All the recommendations blended into the budget and the overall design scheme. She even helped select and install art selections. Beth’s project close out process ensured that the general contractor fixed all items prior to the contractor leaving the project.

We had the pleasure of working with ELizabeth Morris Interiors. We just moved into an older home and had the challenge of how to make one small room be both an office and an artist's studio. Beth immediately suggested we remove the closet doors and put the office in the closet. She brought on board a professional carpenter who moved the drawers and shelving out of the closet and mounted them on a wall in the room. A wall to wall desk top and shelves went into the closet. The space is not only functional, but inviting now. Beth also helped us better identify our needs through her suggestions. She and her team are helpful, creative and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend them to others.

We worked with EMI for our kitchen renovation. They were really patient with us, developing multiple floor plans, providing flooring samples, cabinetry colours and advising whenever needed help narrowing down our options. We really appreciated that they wanted us to have exactly what we wanted, and never imposed ideas on us. EMI brought our vision to reality and we couldn't be happier.

In May of 2015 I purchased a Condo. It was such a disaster I needed help to make it livable. I was given the name of Elizabeth Morris from a friend. I contacted her and the rest is history. She changed my condo into a castle, she personally hired the contractors and supervised all the work. She set timelines for the completion of the work and was in contact with me about all aspects of designs etc. I am so happy with everything she has done to make this transition possible. I first met Elizabeth through our contractor at the beginning of our basement renovations. We had a very tight timeline and she listened to our needs and together we came up with a plan. Elizabeth had some great ideas that we would never had come up with on our own, like a barn door for our tv room and built-ins for the pool cues. She has a great eye for detail and brought back many options for my husband and I to choose from. We ended up with a beautiful basement that totally represents who we are. I would recommend Elizabeth for projects of any size. She was a breeze to work with and I looking forward to working with her on our kitchen backsplash selection.

Last April we hired Elizabeth to help us with our renovation. What we wanted was to make our home more functional after my parents moved in with me. I am a single mother a teenage son at home and a daughter at university. Elizabeth helped us finish our basement including a new bedroom for my son and add storage to our kitchen. I think what I most enjoyed was that every interaction with Elizabeth was very enjoyable, she understood our budget constraints and was always very respectful of that. She always presented us with a manageable number of options that made the decision making process very easy. She organized all the trades and spoke up for us as necessary. When we had a problem with blinds that were customer ordered, Elizabeth ensured that they were fixed at no cost to us. Not a day goes by that we don't appreciate the changes that Elizabeth helped us make.

I have had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Morris on numerous occasions. She has approached each project in my home with great enthusiasm and numerous ideas. I appreciate her creativity, her attention to detail & colour, and her effervescent energy. Elizabeth most recently helped my husband and I come up with a design for our new kitchen. She spent hours poring over detailed design sheets, working corners and angles, and providing us with several options for the space we had to work with. In the end we ended up with a beautiful kitchen space that we are incredibly excited about! Elizabeth is decisive, visionary, creative and talented at what she does. That is why I would hire her for our next project in a minute!
