I have had such a phenomenal experience with this company and Nancy Owens specifically. I have been a property manager for almost 10 years. Their prices beat large retail stores and are cut to fit the window. Her customer service, response time, professionalism, and overall joyful attitude would have me recommend asking for Nancy Owens for any blinds, shutters, and any other service they can do. Install was handled quickly and all interactions I have had with Elite have been friendly and efficient. Completely Satisfied!!

This company has been absolutely incredible. Kathy Trojan has gone above and beyond to help design gorgeous shades. In fact, after we had a few of them installed, we were so pleased, that we have had them come out two more times to add more! They are gorgeous. She helped me pick the perfect design and color to complement my decor and even provided some other helpful suggestions. Kathy is prompt and has a great eye for color. She is a perfectionist for sure, and the installation has been seamless. Can't say enough wonderful things about this company.

We were in need of blinds to complement our newly renovated home so I did my due diligence - called several businesses and got quotes. I was expecting varying price quotes, but when Scott from Elite Shutters & Blinds came in with a quote that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than anyone else - he had our business. Scott knows the products he sells inside & out. If he doesn't have an answer, he will get one for you. His suggestions as to what would work well in a room were much appreciated. The turnaround time from ordering to installation was fantastic and let me give their installers a shout out - they were top-notch, polite & professional. Elite Shutters & Blinds is the real deal.|

Dave and Elite Shutters & Blinds is definitely our go to place for these items. Him and his company are always so professional and willing to help, if they can. The installers were very quick but thorough and Elite Shutters & Blinds does stand behind all that they sell and install. We had a small issue with one of our blinds and Dave fixed it on the spot, even though we were looking at something else to buy from him.. Great quality and service, we'd highly recommend them!

We recently purchased roller shades from Elite Shutters and were very impressed with the company from the first meeting through installation. Scott Klingberg was fantastic and walked us through our options, cost, and the process. The shades are good quality and the installation was fast. Although the cost was slightly higher than a quote we received from another company, we are very pleased with our decision to go with Elite Shutters and are planning to have more shades installed in the spring and will be calling Scott again!!
